There was an error on my item that I never received and got refunded on. I contacted them right away. Billie is resending with no charge. Definitely best customer service and they care about their customers.

Ordered more product today, changed products, bought new and changed delivery dates. All very easy to do. Looking forward to my next shipment.

Great look and goes on nicely however says water proof but smudges easily. I switched eyeliner just to be sure it was their eyeliner and not my mascara.

I love the eye liner! It's the only brand that doesn't make my eyes water or burn, stays on while I'm wearing it and actually all washes away when I wash my face!

Wanted a darker color but didn't want to change the color of my automatic ship.The person that replayed to my email was very helpful and nice.

I was using their primer and the pump stopped working half way through the container. I contacted the company and they are mailing me a replacement. I am very happy now as I love the product. I will be a long time customer now.

Was ordering foundation and as I was working on putting in information an add-on popped up and went onto order as well so I was charged for something I never wanted. My only option is to send an email message to customer service to return it even though it literally just happened and the money is being held from my bank account. I do not like this and I'm not certain I will buy more make up if this is how it will be
