I was excited to try a new product that I saw but at checkout I was bombarded with offers. I accidentally clicked the wrong button and was automatically charged for an item that I did not want. I immediately sent a request for cancellation on the product I did not want and was (within a few minutes) told "oops I tried but couldn't catch the order. But you can return the product when you receive it".
This is a big headache for me. It will be tough for me to want to order with a company that makes checkout so difficult and cancellation impossible.

I have received a couple different things and always like how it fits me. I'm thankful for the reminder when my monthly subscription is coming and it gives me time to adjust. But somehow I tend to get things that come besides that like maybe I have a second reoccurring purchase.
I have had a wonderful experience with this make up I ordered the wrong color and the customer service WAS AMAZING has been working with me to help find the right match. I did not have luck using the quiz to find the right color (me issue not a them issue). I always have compliments on how my make up looks and am asked what I use.
This is like a scam company. You led me all the way up until I gave you my payment believing I'm ordering a sample size. Then when I hit paid I'm charges over $54 instead of $6

I wanted to get the power lift cream - I've purchased it twice before because it is great product and needed it again! I went to the website through an email that would also give me a free product. I signed up for the auto-ship and I was only give them option for my first ship in January?!? So, great, I have to wait 4 months for my first shipment? I had to go back in and order one at full price and didn't get a free product. Made no sense!
I received my first order which was a foundation. I really liked the makeup a lot but noticed that it was a little too dark. I emailed the company and told them. It was way after my 10 days. I wasn't concerned about getting it free. I was only expecting to get my color straight. However, that gave me a new bottle to try with my correct color. I thought that was pretty amazing.
I clicked on the buy now pay later. I was only suppose to be charged $6 something and 14 days after recieving it pay the rest if I liked it. But you guys automatically charged the full $145 that I couldn't afford right now. So that sucks
This is the second order I have placed im totally in love with my foundation and concealer just order a lip product will defiantly be ordering more products in the future

I LOVE the Woke Up Like This base foundation. It has been my go-to for a while now. Doesn't clog my pores, super lightweight, great coverage for what I need right now. Highly recommend.

I never found a foundation that looked good on me, that wasn't heavy and weighted my face down, so in the past I used only powder. Now that I'm in my mid 60's powder no longer covered my uneven skin tone. Since I've been wearing IL Makiage people compliment me on my "clear complexion". I smile and say I just "Woke Up Like This" by taking a test online with IL Makiage. I LOVE looking vibrant like I feel and the team at IL Makiage is wonderful to work with if you have any difficulties. Best "Woke Up Like This" feeling ever.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
