I had canceled my 1 reoccurring subscription for the woke up like this and they still sent that and an eyeliner but then I told them and they gave me an option either send back in certain time frame or I could have a gift code and of course I didn't feel like trying the return process I've never returned anything thru mail so I picked the code which now I'm happier cuz I'm getting to try the dry/wet foundation compact and tbh i been trying to find a compact to work with my makeup routine... thanks I really appreciate atleast getting to try something I may end up loving so fingers crossed...and the person I talked to was very nice and helpful...

I purchased an auto shipment. I wanted to change the product for the autoshipment (which it said I could do). When I changed the product it just added a new autoshipment. I wanted to purchase a couple more items. It said I had purchased the items but in my cart only 2 of the items would show. I now am unsure of what I am getting.
Love the primer but the makeup was a little pale and yellow. I like a little more beige. However I will keep them both because the makeup does make a good concealer.
I had just placed the order and I don't know the add on order was added. Soon after I emailed the customer service and was told that the it is too late to cancel the order even though the order hasn't left the warehouse yet. I was told that I can always return the item (at my cost). I've liked their products so far but NOT happy at all with the customer service. They really need to improve their customer care.

I did not want to like these products but I LOVE THEM! I saw all the feeds, did the test then finally decided to order. The plumping face gel is amazing! Noticed results within 2 days. The foundation is a perfect match and the mascara is just simply amazing!
It was a fairly simple ordering process overall, but I was given a promo code that promised free shipping and BOGO, but it didn't work. If you're going to offer these deal Il Makiage, you need to make sure your codes work.

Although I originally left a 1 star review for il makiage being unwilling to replace a damaged product, they quickly reached out and have sent me a new bottle of foundation for mine that was ruined in shipping. I'm thankful they decided to make this right instead of losing a customer!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
