I ordered a foundation and the first day that I got it I opened the bottle and went to close it the bottle tipped and the top glass broke right off,I contacted their customer service and they responded right away,and are sending me a new one!

Why did I get change more than the 5.90 I told me to send?
Went on line to purchase a new bottle of foundation. Well noticed the numbers on the bottle were not the same. It had a 0 35 originally. But I couldn't find it on line so I sent a txt to ILMakiage and the person got right back in touch with me to answer my question. She was so kind and helpful. And as always my foundation is very good. When package arrived it was wrapped very well. And this time I ordered the foundation brush with it,plus the primer. Love all my products and hope to be a life long customer for many years. Service is top notch, thank you Robin S
I ordered 1 foundation and I got 3 and to round out the order the computer decided to add one more foundation in a different shade now I have to except my oder then return 3 bottles Sometimes I Hate Computers.

I love the way they use a questionnaire to help choose the right color. It turned out very accurate for me. I've been using their foundation for over a year and still love it. I used to but cheaper foundations so I was hesitant to spend this much. But no more. The foundation is excellent, lasts long, spreads easily. Great quality! No hesitation about recommending it. When signing up for auto replenish they give you a discount for signing up, and it says all products would be discounted. Today I placed an order for one of the other products that isn't in the auto replenish, and to my surprise I didn't get the discount. The only way to get a discount for it was to sign up to have that product shipped automatically also. This to me just isn't good business ethics. It wasn't told to get a discount on other products would have to be added to my next auto shipment. To get a discount I had to sign up for the auto shipment on that product too. Now I am starting to question if it is worth it or not to continue with my auto shipment. I love the product, but maybe I should look for another company.
I just have been very pleased with my service from this company. The foundation is wonderful and matches my skin tone perfectly. The make up does not make my face oily even at the end of the day. Love it.
