Website was easy to use. Quizzes were in depth, but not too long. Looking forward to getting the products that I picked out.
I attempted to get your offer try it before you by it. Extremely excited about the idea of being able to try this product along with 2 other products the plumping product and the not sure of name of it but takes away your line's etc. Well that was apparently not going to happen I ended up with one product for almost $60. And not the foundation or concealer or even the plumping cream. I was going to do a review on all the products to compare to the new luminess product I bought well I didn't buy it yet you get to try it for 30 days. I could not purchase the 4 products together which made it extremely an inconvenience and the price didn't seem to bad when you didn't have to pay for all of it of front. Before even had a chance to try it. There is very little on the foundation and I am who is going through domestic violence and these types of products help your face from all the damage over the year's. However I will not be continue to buy from your site. I live on a very limited and controlled income so multiple purchase are not helpful. Good idea, but way off the mark.

I like the makeup a lot - but I don't wear makeup every day, so having subscriptions that only offer 3 or 4 months between shipments isn't ideal for me. However, the subscription price is so much more attractive than the 1-time purchase price that I subscribed to get a better deal. If I end up with more than 1 bottle of the makeup at a time, I'll have to cancel and then re-subscribe, which is a hassle.
I was very uncomfortable with their request for me to send my photo and that they would "anonymize" it - whatever that means.
I don't appreciate the request or the poor explanation of how you plan to use it in your terms and conditions legalize.
I was very nervous about switching make up as I have been using the same brand for years (mac) unfortunately mac just isn't what it use to be. So I took my chances with a new brand. They matched my new foundation to my skin PERFECT, the foundation is so light. I don't even feel like I am wearing anything. I am beyond thankful I took a chance. The makeup is worth every penny I promise. In fact I just placed a 2nd order today! The customer service is the icing on the cake. Try it. You will be so thankful
I should have purchased this sooner. I've seen the ads for a very long time and after a recent struggle to find foundation that fit my needs and was a good match I decided to give it a try. I am blown away by the match plus how easy this makeup glides on the skin and I also love that it has a matte finish which means I don't have to also add powder. My face looks smooth and beautiful. I've had a recent struggle with rosacea and working with dermatology to clear it but this covers every imperfection perfectly. I've found my foundation soulmate and I won't be looking anywhere else for my foundation anymore. Amazing. I can't believe that the hype was real! It's usually a disappointment but this is exactly how it's described and I 100% endorse this product!
The foundation is the absolute worst that I've ever tried in my life. Cakey and really yellow. Do not recommend. I don't even want to try any other products now based off of that alone. 0/10
I didn't like the fact that you wanted me to agree to auto shipping, when this is first order and I don't know if the product does what was advertised yet.
An add on item for 50 extra dollars was added to my order that i didn't pick and do not want when i went to use the 20 % coupon. Either it's a switch and bait or just to complicated

No clear explanation of what to expect when you choose to just try the product. If I select that and agree to pay shipping I assume I will get samples. I was informed afterward that I would receive a full-size product and I would be charged if I didn't cancel. I don't want this product anymore.

The advertisement suggest you'll only pay $5.90 for shipping to try the product for FREE in the first 14 days-the lies they tell! My card was instantly charged eighty four dollars and some cents….plus the ONLY $5.90, so, I instantly called my credit card company, because this is some Donkey Spiddle PERODT!
