I just received a beautiful package and I applied it that evening. I felt it working. A very lux potion that I am excited about that may actually do what it boasts! Great job by the company on keeping me updated with shipping- we have had multiple super storms that delayed the shipping maybe a day or two. So far, I am very impressed. I have tried my share of creams with no results.
As far as finding a "match" it was fine, but we'll see once it arrives how true it is!
I have now purchased twice with this company and I can honestly say, they are the easiest company to deal with. I love their products and would advise anyone to try them out.
I love your products, but the checkout process must change. The user experience (UX) must improve. I find it highly deceptive when it comes to upselling your other products. The slightest keyboard error will lead a customer into an arrangement that they may not be interested in. It's concerning. People love your products; however, the deception diminishes what you offer.
I think my tone is brighter than my actual tone of my skin. I do like the texture of the make up but the tone is too light :(

When placing an order for a sample. It showed $0 and I just paid for shipping but then when I get the receipt it shows full price and a lengthy return process in a short window if I did not like the product. This was not made clear or must have been hidden through several links when I was placing the order and I know this, I would not have ordered this product even as a sample.
Felt like there was a beauty expert/who's also your best friend catering the shopping experience just for me, navigating the site, finding my right shade and placing my order was super quick, easy and enjoyable.
So I took the online quiz but it wasn't my match. Not only did they care enough to help me they also got the experts to match my shade and find the right fit! That was AMAZING! Wow!
While it still is not as full coverage as i would like, i have found that the color matching is hands down the best match I've ever had.
I am blown away by the quick response and service from II Makiage. Ten minutes hadn't even passed before I received an email regarding my request to return an automatic shipment that didn't work for me. Not only did they replace my order with a new one after the time has lapsed for a return but I don't even have the hassle of returning the order that doesn't work for me. I can toss it or give it to a friend. All this and at no charge, not even for shipping. I have never had this kind of experience with a return from anyone. They definitely stand by their products. I'd give them a ten star rating if it was available!
I don't like that you can't place an order unless you select auto shipping. I will order makeup when I need it. The process to undo auto shipping was not user friendly.
Apparently this is a feature they have but no cards that I have work or PayPal saying oops your card doesn't allow this but you can pay full price and return within 30 days. Feels like a scam to get us in the door thinking you don't have to pay a bunch to try it but in fact it never works.

I thought I was purchasing the if not satisfied I can return for $5 and change but my total was $72 and change so did I. Pay the total price for the makeup and if not satisfied can I return and get fully reimbursed what happened at ck out.
I ordered the under eye concealer on 12/29 and today is 1/12 and I have yet to receive it and have not received any order or shipping updates. So far out of the few times I have ordered concealer from ilmakiage, the concealer cap has broken 3 times and the makeup dries out prematurely because I cannot screw on the top anymore, the brush also breaks off the cap making it hard to apply. It's a shame because I liked this product. I though I would give it one more try but now that it's taking so long and no updates from customer service regarding shipping, this will likely be my last time ordering
I signed up for try before you buy and was charged the price to try and the full price and no number to call and cancel. Now I don't even want to try their product.
I was trying the try option and my credit card was not accepted so I canceled my order but it still processed it. I need to cancel this order now.
This company was able to get back to me thru email with in hours, with some questions i had. The customer service was great and I loved the foundation, the difference between drug stores and Ll Makiage, is not even comparable. The return of items I decided not to buy was super easy. I got a great free gift and will definitely buy the foundation when mine is about to run out, so I don't have to go a day with out it.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
