First time I have ever received compliments about my makeup. The combination of the makeup and makeup brushes have made quite the difference for my skin. With the use of the makeup stay spray, this make up lasts throughout the day. Also, customer service is very quick to respond with any questions. Only struggles for me include paying for shipping and the auto shipping got past me a few times.
I ordered the foundation and it came busted in the box, i contacted customer service and they were so very nice and accommodating! They offered a $20 gift card, so i ordered some bronzer after going to check out my total with taxes fees and shipping was $21 i hit check out! Then $35 came out of my checking account. I cant order anymore!

I was going to do the 14 day try before you buy. Clicked it, got to checkout, says I owe $5.90 for shipping that's it. Then I put in information, hit the purchase order button and it charges me $135?!?!
So I send email to get it corrected, they say they can't cancel the order?!?! That's false advertising and basically lying! I will send back and not reorder because of this!

So I decided to do the try now trial for 2 weeks and they charged me the entire amount which was not supposed to happen. So already I am annoyed.
This product is fantastic! I was skeptical cause how could it possibly do what they're saying? Well It does! The only thing I'd change is the pump. When u want just a little to come out, the pump gives more than u want, and there's really no control over that.

I have been purchasing their foundation for few times now, it is really very natural when you apply. It is a really good quality product. But I also purchased a bronzed which is too strong, when I apply it it looks like a line on my face and there is no way you get less on your brush. And then I also purchased their mascara which is the worst mascara I have ever tried in my life. When you first apply it looks fine like a standard mascara nothing special about it but after few minutes it gets fully dried and lets say after 30-40mins it leaves dust under your eye, then it starts to bother your eye a lot. So keep shopping for your skin and foundation but stay away from the rest of the products.
A friend gave me a bottle of her IL Makiage foundation as it was too dark for her. Since using it, I won't buy anything else. It's fantastic all day/night coverage. Online ordering is a breeze and as my skin color changes with the seasons, I can't subscribe, but finding the correct color every 4 months is simple using their color and question chart. Super satisfied!
I ordered the trial set of foundation and concealer, and although I'm still deciding, I have to say that the makeup has a lovely velvety feel. The jury is still out on the price point value, but the customer service has been great! They have followed up quickly on any questions, since I was not happy with the first color ordered, and have done everything reasonable in their power to make it right and address any concerns and have treated me with great respect and courtesy. Whether I keep the makeup or not, I would give them another chance simply because their customer service has been a delightful experience. Thank you for restoring my confidence that there are still companies who at least try to be genuine.
