The foundation is no better than L'oreal or Maybelline. The website states that you can cancel auto-replenishment anytime, but they don't tell you that you will not get a refund for the order you made. If you want to return your original bottle, you must do so within 14 days of the order. Otherwise you are out of luck and stuck with the future orders.

Just received my foundation...
Unfortunately the lid was broken. When I opened the bottle the entire dropper came off with the lid and spilled some of the foundation. With that being said, the color was perfect for my winter skin. I am not sure of the overall coverage, maybe need to apply a little more, as my pores are still seen?

I never received my try before you buy products that I ordered 1/6 and was charged $138. There is no way to contact customer service aside from their website. Do not try products unless you are strictly buying for one time use.

Easy navigation through the app, taking me to the homepage via email. Offers seem good in comparison to other skin brands and offer a deeper discount if you can prepay a subscription for the year. I've never seen that before and think that's smart and lucrative for a skincare line to offer that. Takes the pressure of monthly payments off your expenses by doing that and getting an additional discount when you subscribe.
This company is literally my go to make up company now. They ALWAYS are giving me great deals and coupons for things that I normally wouldn't purchase due to price. They give away free items all the time. They truly care about their customers.

Received my order of foundation and the color was a little off. I contacted customer service; they asked me a few more questions and then sent me a different color. It was a match and I love it! I have already purchased a few more items and they came so quickly. I have been very impressed with this company and their products!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
