There were too many suggested products with confusing marketing at the end of the buying process. The confusion lead me to purchase a product I I did not want or need. WhenI realized my mistake, which was immediately, I was unable to cancel the order.
The rate is not clear on the cost that you are being charged until after the charge goes through. I do not wanna spend $80 on this product.

After trying my first purchase of After Party, I slightly disappointed because I felt like it wasn't the correct shade. After contacting customer service, they responded the next day. They immediately sent me the Woke Up this Way, told me to keep the original and sent me a $50 gift card which I used for the face primer. Can't wait until I receive it! Awesome products with exceptional customer service!
I just got mine in and color does not match at all...so I am having to send back and reorder in another color. I do love the texture and feel. I did send a picture and take quiz.
The number of pop ups was obnoxious. I don't mind 1 but 4+ really impacted my shopping experience and will influence if I repurchase going forward. I just want a streamlined purchasing process. I do most of my shopping online and have a low tolerance for constant pop ups.
Once you sign up you can't cancel or delete your account. I canceled my subscription, but apparently there an "Opt In" auto replenish, that is different than your subscription. I KEEP GETTING CHARGE EVERY FEW MONTHS FOR something I didn't recieve. Keep getting the run a around. Also, I don't know how they was able to deduct funds from my account when I didn't update my debit card. It's on an old debit card I reported lost. So, idk how in the world my bank allowed this. Terrible gig and setup. They are only after your money! They sent me the picture below to return a product I didn't recieve. And keep taking me in circles, nobody to talk to
I liked the quick shipment/delivery, packaging and customer service. The questionaire isn't super straightforward. I've taken the quiz 2x and got 2 different color matches and both haven't worked for me…I don't know what I'm doing wrong!?!
I have never been a girly girl and did not have a mother to show me how to do makeup. I'm 42 and have never been able to find the correct color for my face. I received my foundation today and had to try it, I was not only amazed but shocked at how perfect it matches! I was so excited I immediately placed another order for powder. I can't wait to get it and try it out! I'm absolutely in love!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
