I used the technology to select the right color and coverage of my foundation and selected a few additional products (primer, concealer) and placed my order using the Try It for 14 days program which only charged shipping while you use the product to confirm it works for you.
The concealer was just right, the foundation was excellent - light coverage that is billable, with an airy feeling in my skin - no heavy makeup feeling on my skin. The tones were a perfect match! U liked the No Filter primer which blurs pores and shows a more even skin appearance, but opted to return it for the primer that also offers wrinkle coverage. Otherwise it's a lovely product like with a service forward company that is using tech to perfect makeup purchasing! I love it so much more than going to a store and not really fully knowing what I'm getting. Lots of clear explanations about product and about policies made it really easy!
Paid for my order, then prompted me through a bunch of add on items. Accidentally clicked accept to an item that i didn't want and it was automatically charged to my order and i couldn't remove it.

I'm shocked. It's true. The foundation is perfect for me. I also ordered the concealer and it's a little too light but I LOVE this foundation. Just enough coverage, no gross scent, I'll keep buying this!
This does not even deserve 1 star. To avoid headache and your time, just go to store and do skin match. Beware that they only exchange 1 time which they do not tell you, 1st match did not match at all and did not give coverage ( what is the point of asking in your questions that what kind of coverage you need),, 2nd match was suggested by their consultant after I sent photo and what I want. This was completely out of shade. When I tried to return. I was offered to give them another chance. When the 3rd one came, it does not give full coverage like IT cosmetics. I emailed them my concerns and they offered to send another one. This one is so yellowish on my skin tone. I had offered to returned products from the beginning when this did not match my skin. I was told that I do not have to return the products and I can give it away. I have to pay for something that I will not use. Very dissatisfied. Most of you advertisement show full coverage but this is not full coverage

To scrap some product off the sides of the jar, and when I put it on my face-even a little bit-it was so super oily and shiny that I would never go outside with it on. I did tell their evaluation system that I have oily skin and the product they recommended for is so oily and shiny. I hope I can do a refund. Never saw any lifting or anything immediate. I really feel misled by their advertising.

I placed a new order today and did not realize that my shipping and billing addresses were incorrect until I reviewed my confirmation email. I sent an email to customer service right away, then went to the website and updated my account information, and took an extra step to contact customer service through their site. By the time I return to my email, there was a response from customer sevice, and my address had already been updated. I highly recommend getting all of your beauty products from IL MAKIAGE! From the quality of their products, the ease of their website, and the quick response for their customer service team, you can't go wrong!
This is crazy but I really think this matches me perfectly and really nothing ever has. I have worn this the last two days and it's easy to apply, covers nicely but still gives you a natural look. The final test will be the up close van mirror and how the chin looks. I am very hopeful that will look good too and if it does this will be the perfect foundation
I rate my experience five stars even though I didn't find my foundation/concealer match because your customer service has been unmatched. Everything was easy. I was able to try before I bought and you all were only concerned with my satisfaction! I questioned a legitimate charge, because I had forgotten and you all gave me a credit! Who does that? Love their products. But bad on how easy they make it to use their coupons. Not sure how to redeem anything since it is obscure. Last time they didn't take my coupon and wasn't aware until credit card went through. Need a better way to reward loyal customers
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
