I wanted to try this product… so my made took the test, he paid shipping and handling… and the makiage charged my husband card $125 plus $5.90… we want his money back
They took out 2 payments for which I was only suppose to have did a trial run for 15 days and then took 2 payments after checkout that said owed today 6$ but yet 2 payments went through! One in the amount if 6.47$ and the other which is the one after the 15 day trial in the amount of 49.39! Which put me in the negatives! It was so deceiving! That's not what was said! That was 55$ took on a suppose to be 6.47 trial! I don't do business with this type of business! And I would have been a spender for sure if this hadn't happened!
I ordered try before buy it they charged me full price and when i semt the product back no money yet its been 25 days back and forth tjrougj email tjey keep saying its my bank but i called my bank and asked tjey said nothing has been sent. On top of everything i was charged 237 they said they refuned me 116 where is the rest of my money. Not worth it wrostt company ever.
While purchasing a trial product, while scrolling through my screen, I accidentally made another purchase and it was submitted immediately and charged to my account. When I went to the my account status on the website, you did not have an option to cancel the order made an error. I am immediately contacted customer service and their basic response was, that's too bad but you're getting your order and you will have to go about returning it after you received it. They told me the order had been processed immediately and there was not enough time to cancel. This is completely unacceptable and no other company that I order products from does not give you the option of canceling your order immediately after being placed. I immediately contacted my bank and we are going to stop payment once the company post the payment.
I was okay until I got a email that I had a add on. I didn't order nothing but the foundation. I don't need a filler whatever that is. I pray it a mistake on your part, and I pray I don't receive the filler. Thank you

I have now ordered primer, plumping lip gloss, foundation, and waiting for a new moisturizer. Their process is seamless, try it before you buy it is fantastic. The first foundation I received was just a little too light, they sent me a new one based on my input and sent a foundation that matches perfectly! Their customer service is great. Not too many companies like this around anymore!
Yes, looks great when you first apply it, color match was spot on. I'm on my feet all day for work and obviously will sweat a bit. This foundation is not for that. It actually accentuates my fine lines. By the end of the day I look like an old(er) lady who was trying so hard to look young and just got back from the club. I guess it's fine for daytime office use like if you work as a receptionist and just sit still all day and try not to smile. Again, color match was on point. But just not for me.

My order was made in error and there is no way clear way for me to cancel. I immediately tried to cancel once i realized the order went through but there is nothing i can find to show me how this can be done. I want to make sure no product is shipped and my card is not further charged.

Unfortunately the products selected for me doesn't work. I'm new to using make up it has been unpleasant. It show pores and uneven coverage. I will keep my products, please remove me from automatic reorder. I know it's my inexperienced and I won't publicly bash your products.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
