Charged the whole thing did not give me trial period
I thought I was signing up for the try it before you buy it and they charged my card for the full balance... Waiting on response for a refund
I ordered one item. Kept getting after purchase offers. Did not intend to pirchase, but somehow I did. Now I have to wait for the items to be delivered to send back, cause I did not know I ordered them.

Gave me the option try before I buy for $6.81 but then when I got my confirmation email I was charged $189.91. Try to find a phone number to call customer service and that's nonexistent. You have to email so I did that and then I get an email back saying they'll try to respond back within the next 24 hours but they're available 7 days a week. Wish I would've research the customer service before I even ordered.
So I was shopping for Foundation, which I bought, and the Exfoliating Mask, which I bought, and the wrinkle reducing primer, which I bought.
So all great products, but I had to buy them Separately, 3 SEPARATE orders... which was arduous and more difficult than it really should be.
What I would have loved is to fill a cart, and check out all at once, apply the Welcom10 discount to the full cart, instead of just One of my products... :( I think this would save the customers time, appeal to their natural shopping instincts, and be more accommodating.
Plus the site was Slow, and kept pushing that Subscribe button... I could see appealing to subscribing if I knew what the products were like and if I really liked them.
BUT, I am excited to try all of the products and see if they live up to the hype!

I was happy and surprised to receive an email from them in less than 5 minutes,to guide me and added a discount code and I had to just click it and I has easily directed to the check out page with my discount. I ordered some lip filler for $41. Look on online at my bank details and has been charged twice not happy at all
I sent an email stating I believed I got the wrong shade of concealer. I wanted 3.5. Got 2.5.
Then I got an email that an order was placed for yet another 2.5. And I got another email after that cancelling my auto ship that shows the correct shade of 3.5.
What is happening?
First payment says 5.90 then when i check my bank account and received the email it says $147. This is very misleading. The full amount didnt show up not till i received the email.
I don't like how you say it's 8 dollars and something cents and yall take out forty something dollars from acct. Last time I ordered this 85.00 dollars was taking out twice from my acct. This will be my last order I like the makeup that's all like to order
Deciding to purchase was easy. Making the purchase was not exactly easy. The site is confusing because it kept making "deal" offers and I had to go through a number of these offers before actually completing my purchase. It's annoying enough that I sincerely do not hope I like the product because I don't want to do it again. And I make hundreds of online purchases a month so it isn't me…
I guess I mentally identify as more tan cause the shade I got was 2 levels too dark. Upon hearing this, the company IMMEDIATELY replied, within minutes, and was eager to help. I received my new shade mere days later and was THRILLED with my trial/purchase. 5, would recommend 👌. You literally have nothing to lose.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
