I was so excited to get my lipstick. When I opened it I was very impressed with the packaging and the color. I wore it one day and just loved it. The second day I went to put in on and it broke. Then it got messy all over the outside it fell out in my lap and just a mess.
I got an email that said enter promocode "Welcome 10" for 10% off and there was nowhere to enter it.
While trying to place an order to try their make up, I inadvertently clicked on auto replenish. I did not want to do that since I have not tried the make up before. I tried to cancel this transaction and was told it could not be done. Future auto replenish orders could be canceled but not the first one not very good customer service

I tried their foundation due to their return policy. I received the product 8 days ago and tried it four times. I don't care for it. It's thick and makes my skin look flaky. It also caused burning to my face. They refused to accept the return, and offered me $50 in additional product instead. I am initiating a dispute on my card. It took a long time to ship to me and they are saying I had the product for too long. It's barely used! I will never purchase from this brand again. Unethical!
I had questions regarding my egift coupon that wasn't working correctly. It was user error for sure. However, the email response was very professional, quick and easy to follow with no further issues. I had accidentally ordered extra items when I made my first order. They handled it quickly without incident and monies were put back into my account that evening. Everyone has been great, and providing amazing customer service.
I don't wear too much make-up and I'm 52 YO, so trying this product was a little push. I tried it and loved the look, feel and continuous coverage. I'm an African American female with tiny spots on my face from birth. I tried a little bit of coverage on my face, it looked flawless for hours. I would highly recommend this product to anyone, mainly because the make-up didn't make me look like i had any discoloration between my neck and my face, nor my face from the edges of my hair line. It showed no spots and didn't rub off on people when I hugged them. Wonderful product.

I bought this believing I would only pay shipping costs to "try before I buy," as advertised. I was immediately charged $5.90 for shipping plus $76 for the order. There isn't a try before you buy, but a return for an exchange or refund. I did not try the product in my home for 14 days, nor did I have a chance to keep the product I love and get charged for what I keep. Once the product arrives in 3-10 business days, I should be charged if I want to keep it. However, if I don't want to keep it, I now have to work through the process of getting a refund. According to other reviews, this process is time-consuming and difficult. I hope that won't be my experience, but I am led to believe I'll endure the same poor business practice from Il Makaige. Buyer beware.
Great makeup love the foundation and No filter and concealer and now I'm trying the eyeliner let's see how that goes, haven't been disappointed yet. 👍

Everything was great except when I opened the box, there was powder everywhere. I'm not sure if the box was dropped or anything but about one third of the powder foundation went all over the place and only two thirds is left.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
