I had purchased some foundation. You reached out to see if I was Happy with the product. I wasn't be was just going to add it to things I've ordered that weren't working out. But your customer service talked me into trying again to get a color that I was happy with.

I was sent an email offering a buy on get one free order and it was not applied to my purchase

I clicked an email for a buy one get one free gift. But when I clicked and purchased and used the code, it did not say anything about getting two! Was it a bait and switch offer?

Great experience, the foundation did not match and the return process is not user friendly.

If not extremely careful when ordering you find yourself with products you don't want or need. When ask to remove the unwanted product, they deny that the order can be stopped! Underhanded, less than honorable practices! Never again!

The customer service is always wonderful. Responses are prompt and solutions are always found. Excellent service! And the bonus is awesome products and gifts.
