The product going on so smooth and I like it the first 3 hrs it's on, then it gets caked and looks like my face is peeling. Definitely one of the examples they show on the commercial about other makeup's not to use. Not happy with it and wish i could get my money back and send it back

My first time trying. The process of buying g was easy. The shades did however not fit. I was worried about the return but it was easier than I thought. So easy, I didn't even have to return the product which is weird to me. So I wanted to give it a try again to try and find my perfect shade

My first order was lost and dealing with the courier was a nightmare. It qas 2.5 weeks since they tried to delviernit and still nothing. Il Makiage really was great and resent the order which I got the next day. So excited to try the product
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
