There was no inside lid on my order and when I opened it there was yellow/brown marks inside the lid. I sent a picture to the website.
The IL Makiage foundation makes your skin look flawless...I was so impressed I am now going to add the foundation primer and see how that works out. The foundation is much better than Estee Lauder Double wear. I have oily skin and this foundation dries quickly and minimizes your pores.

My skin is very dry, so it doesn't look good on my skin because I can see the flakes of the skin. After the foundation the skin looks even drier.
Hi. I have been using the foundation and concealer for 5 days. It is great, however when I received it, it looked like it was used as it had makeup on the cap. In other worlds, it didn't look clean and it just seemed like it had been used and not full. Other than that, I would have given it 4 or even 5 stars.

I had trouble applying my discount code. You can't apply it with a subscription, and by the time you want to Appl it to the full price item the shipping is eating up a substantial amount of the discount coupon. You hardly have free shipping and your discount codes have experation. Exhausted.

Went to place order for 14 day trial, immediately got an alert from my credit card company that there were 3 charges to same company. What should have only been for the shipping for the trial ended up being for 3 different charges. I immediately contacted customer service and was told my order was already being packaged and they could not cancel my order. This was all in a matter of 2-3 minutes so hard to believe this was a factual statement. They said I had an add on yet idk what this add on is and requested to cancel the order. They insisted they will ship the products and I have to wait for the product then return the products to receive my refund. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Still do not know why add on was added that I am being charged for without my knowledge.
Just want to cancel the whole order based on the service provided. Already packaging with in 2 min of placing order so very highly unlikely
So far so good. I don't have it yet but the quiz was very easy and self explanatory. I feel like the right questions were asked in order to determine the tone of the foundation. I do think it's a little pricey but we'll see if it's worth it
