All the products I have used and tried have been nothing short of amazing! The pricing and discounts are good in comparison to other products. The best feature for me was the skin color test for the foundation; absolutely perfect shade for me! Being a light-skinned Native American it is difficult to find the right foundation tone and shade for me.

I ordered makeup to try, shopped for skincare but couldn't do both at the same time. Led to a very confusing shopping experience and I wound up ordering the item same twice 😡 There is no chat or real- time help. Wasn't a great experience for a first time customer.

I have been wearing the woke up like this foundation for a couple of years now and I love it. But I will say that I have done the find my shade quiz a few times and have gotten three different shades! The first works fine it's on the lighter side of my complexion, the second is on the darker side but works too especially if I've been in the sun. But I just ordered again and now I'm getting a different one! So we will see how this turns out. Possibly perfect. I also love the primer and the foundation brush. I will be trying the skin plumping serum for the first time, just ordered. Overall they are great products. They are on the pricey side though.
I have been a member for a few years and have several products on auto. However, today I order a new product. I receive a text message a few minutes later offering a 20% discount on an additional product with 15 min. I received the text at 9am, responded at 9:09 and said I was too late. Very disappointed.

I found their way of guiding you to pick your shade of foundation very helpful. Am anxious to see how well it works. But I find it very off-putting when a site is so pushy about encouraging you to buy more and more and more. Just let me try one product, then, if I like it, I may purchase more things next time I order. I almost cancelled my order because of all the "buy, buy, buy." If their product hadn't come so highly recommended, I would have opted out. But I really like that I can try the product first to see how well it works.
Update: Love the foundation and the color is perfect for me. I especially like the brush they provided to even out the coverage. I've never found makeup sponges helpful, but this brush does the job SO well! I'll be using it from now on and plan to reorder the foundation when I run out!

I have seen the ads on fb for the foundation. On a couple occasions I thought about answering the questions and see what happens. Once again, I had the opportunity to try the process and I did it! The foundation arrived and it is perfect! It is just the right amount of coverage and matches perfectly. It looks like my own skin color.
It was a little tough at first because I couldn't do the try before u buy with my card and to find how I can just buy it without the trial but once I figured it out I was off and running
I wanted to try the base foundation as I usually wear full coverage. I'm not the best at building foundations and I prefer a full coverage. The base foundation I wanted to try was not the right shade or coverage. I emailed and was given 3 options to make it right. Very responsive and they exchanged the color and the product so I can have a full coverage again in the perfect shade
