I found the website very confusing. I had a birthday BOGO and it didn't work. I tried over and over. I found an email for customer service to ask questions! I also wanted to do the Quoz to get the proper foundation and concealer colors I was told that I wasn't able to use it on that part of the website. So I tried to use the BOGO coupon on another item. I placed the order and patiently waited to see if it was correct! I was extremely upset when I noticed I only had one mascara and should have received two. By this time I had been on the website for 2 hours! Ridiculous! So much for the Birthday BOGO.
I still haven't got the item but ordering was very fast and easy

You are ask for an experience not great so far I was charged in US funds but no mention of the rate I would pay page stated Canada as the address hope the rest of this purchase is more satisfactory Hoping the product is as good as your hype.

Was given a $20 e-gift to use, but no place to apply it and every time I click on the link I have to go through the whole questionnaire process again. Would have liked to get a shade or two darker of the foundation for the summer months, but couldn't figure out how or what shade to order.

I was expecting a smooth, flawless, look. Sadly, I've gotten a more natural finish with store brands a fraction of the price. It's good covered for distance photos, no blemishes but no close up shots or face to face meetings, it reveals lines and pores I've not even seen before! I was so bummed.

This is my 3rd time ordering and trying to match my shade. I've sent in pictures and talked to customer service reps and now I'm going to try my third shade and hope it really matches this time. It sucks for me because I don't like the hassle of sending things back but this time I will because these bottles are NOT cheap!
I was so nervous to order foundation online but after finally trying it out I wasn't so excited when it immediately smells like rubbing alcohol and dries out my skin.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
