I ordered the Woke Up Like This foundation and the Power Lift Plumping Cream. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but they acknowledged it and sent me a coupon. I ordered the recommend foundation, which turned out to be too dark, and I didn't feel that this foundation gave me good coverage. I logged in to return it, and they said I could return it or keep it and they would credit my account. Turns out, it was the perfect color for my daughter who's skin tone is a few shades darker (I am very fair - the Irish in me I guess!). Anyway, I ordered the After Party foundation, which I believe will be a better fit for me. Had I seen it when I first came to the site, I would have ordered it instead. I need more coverage due to uneven skin tone, have large pores, and I live in the South where humidity runs rampant. Hopefully this foundation will be much better! So far, I do like the plumping cream, and ordered the Power Repair Serum (Night) to try. Looking forward to great looking skin!

I spent half the day trying to order from the website and it was awful. When I tried to place my order the first time it told me that my card didn't allow "try before you buy". When I contacted customer service they said I could not use a prepaid card, which I wasn't. I explained (over multiple emails) that the website had now defaulted to not letting me order try before I buy, even though I was using a different credit card. Over 15 emails with customer service and still no resolution to why it wouldn't allow me to order "try before you buy". I really just wanted the 20% if you order the subscription, however it would not allow me to at all. CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS! They just told me over and over that it was my user error.
I finally ordered WITHOUT "try before you buy", and only received 10% off. If this product doesn't change my life I will be sending it right back.
And if you place an order don't get fooled by the pop ups after ordering. I accidently hit the button and now I have concealer I don't want and will have to send it back; because of course you can't cancel an order you can only return an order.

I ordered some primer and you added on a 50 dollar item that I don't even know what it is.
Still not sure. But I don't really Do make up. It's alittle light, yet I just don't know. I may have needed a tad more darker. Yet its all i wear, and have never gotten a match because i dont know my skin tones lolol. The plump creme is nice, I believe it's working.
Ordered the foundation but it was not a great match and didn't completely cover my age spots. Reached out to customer service and got an immediate response. All my questions were answered, they explained the charges and provided the information required to return the product. Everyone was kind and very helpful. I will definitely try a different product suited for my old skin in the future.
I am going to try the Power Redo Wrinkle Fix since I was very satisfied with the foundation Woke Up Like This #105. I like that you can try the product and if you don't like it, you can send it back for a full refund. So far, I've never sent anything back since the products are truly remarkable and do what they advertise. I am satisfied with Il Makiage products and highly recommend them.
Being able to use the gift cards at my leisure and not have them expire is super helpful and allowed me to get the products i wanted.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
