Well it said I needed to pay $5.95 however it looks like I was charged up front for the $48 not going to be to happy if this is the case.

I'm upset that I'm not able to get a refund due to I accidentally placed an upgrade on an annual. I don't like your policy and I will be returning my products and no longer want to do business with this company. I will not be recommending your company to any of my friends or family.
When I was giving the choice of trying the product for 14 days and just send the shipping I thought "good deal" then it says that if you choose to get 20% off, you will pay only 36 dollars so I said "great" but when I decide to finalize and give the payment method I got charge not only shipping but also instead of 36 dollars I got charge the original price of 45 dollars. The total of a foundation and "free" brush came to 56 dollars. Not a good deal at all.

I cannot use my e-gift certificate. I now have 2. I was told to go to my shopping cart and put in the code under promo-code. When I just did an order, there was nowhere to put a promo-code. If this continues, and I cannot use these certificates, I will not be ordering any more from this company.

I have 2 promo codes and couldn't use either one of them! When checking out there was no area to enter a promo code. I clicked check out with PayPal figuring that it would populate on the next page. Nope, just charged me full price. These promo codes will expire before I need to make another purchase.

I have sensitive skin and this has not irritated my skin at all. I have combination skin and I suffer from eczema and I have no complaints. Hopefully this will be my new regimen for life.

I would've never picked number 155. It seems to be too light. I feel I have reddish undertones but in the bottle it's giving yellow. My sister is yellow; I'm red 😝. Put it in the first night and felt it was the same as the number 140 I bought in 2020. I've used that number but only in the winter as I felt it couldn't handle my slightly darker complexion the rest of the year (I live in Florida). But I tried it another time, this time cleaning my face and using the primer and it blended so effortlessly. I've tried at least 1 other time without the primer and got similar results. So I guess 155 is my number after all. I still have the 140 (which I picked myself) but I won't be using it again.
I haven't received the foundation yet but I did not approve of the check out procedure. The continuous hard sell before I could check out was tedious and feels that customers do not return for more, therefore the hard sell is necessary!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
