I purchased some foundation a little bit ago to try out IL Makiage. I have a repeat order that will be coming in the next months. Since then I have been getting many emails with codes for future orders etc. I was unable to purchase the power camo redness defense with the 30% off the website was offering me on my account and use the $20 off coupon I recieved for doing a review. It's frustrating I was offered a better deal but was unable to add this item to my next order with the $20 off to save the shipping fee. I tried contacting to see if something could be done for me but I was just directed to place the order separately and pay for the shipping. I do not feel like a valued repeat Customer because of this.
My overall experience has been great. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. The team always responds quickly to any inquiries.
I placed order just for 8 dollars for free trial. They charged me 70 dollars for the product without asking me. And now i am trying to cancel my poor because i am very poor have to pay my medicine bill. But they are not doing it. I just placed order 2 minutes ago so it can be canceled now.
I get an email that says you've been approved for "Try Before You Buy" and only pay for shipping but then I once completing my order and inputting my info - I get a notice and that says "Your method of payment is not eligible for "Try Before You Buy" - how SWAY? But anyhow - I used THAT SAME METHOD of PAYMENT to get my 14-day trial. So that's a strike for me. Hopefully, I'll love the product and forget about this issue. But, do better guys!

I'm having the hardest time finding my color match. I promise every day my skin tone is a different color. I have an olive complexion. One day it may be pink undertone the next it could be yellow. So I need more than one foundation apparently. Ordering is so easy and painless. I love the way this feels and looks on my face. You won't be disappointed.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
