The company enjoys a generally positive reputation, with many customers praising the quality and effectiveness of its products, particularly in terms of skin care and makeup performance. Quick delivery and effective customer service interactions were frequently highlighted as strengths. However, concerns emerged regarding the ordering process, particularly issues with auto-renewals and unclear promotional offers that led to unintended charges. Additionally, some customers expressed frustration over the difficulty in managing subscriptions and the perceived lack of transparency in the purchasing process. Overall, while product satisfaction is high, improvements in customer communication and order management could enhance the overall experience.

I absolutely LOVE the foundation! My only concern is always having to contact CS for them to review my order since the promotion codes don't attach on my end. Will definitely keep buying it though.
I'm nervous, of course the models always make it look flawless that's their job but it was different color matching then I expected to be and 14 days is better than shelling out that much for something I'm unsure of. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
I am 58 yrs old and have always had trouble with foundation- large pores showing through and now fine lines as well. I have been wearing the primer, foundation, and concealer nearly daily and my skin actually looks HEALTHIER than when I started! These products do what they say! Amazing results! I'd love to provide a picture if able!
Fabulous products...foundation, primer, eye liner, concealer and lipstick.
Products are great and assistance is fast and good!
I don't like the add ons they offer at the end, you think your getting 15% off but that's after you buy it... that's how they trick you. Minutes after realizing this I contacted them and apparently the order was packaged and shipped lmao and couldn't do the return. I love their products but tricking ppl isn't cool.
I would like to see better pricing for Canadians.
Tricks you into adding items to orders without realizing you are, then immediately charges you and won't let you cancel
I went through the "try before you buy order" process and when I submitted my order I only paid the $6.50 for shipping, but when I woke up this morning I was charged $137 for the entire order plus the shipping fee on my debit card. The website says that I don't have to buy it until I'll try it. This is false advertisement.
I love your products, but I will admit that I often put off ordering things because I feel that the website is difficult and cumbersome to navigate.
Before I go any further, I want to say that I don't wear makeup everyday, therefore auto shipments are not for me. However, everything on the website seems to push for that. Before I put a product in my cart, I have to make sure auto ship isn't selected, and then when I check out, I have to do that step yet again.
I went to order some lip gloss yesterday, and I was having difficulty selecting a shade, so I opted to take the quiz. It would have been nice to have answered questions that were only about lips, but then there were questions about skincare, etc. It made it more time-consuming than I would have liked.
When I went to the page of the eyeliner I ordered, I was unable to add it to my cart. Finally, I tried searching "eyeliner," and all of the products came up in the search. I was able to add it to my cart from the search results. Weird.
Also, I have shade 055 in the After Party foundation. I wanted that exact shade in the "Woke Up Like This" foundation. However, when I selected 055 in the Woke Up foundation, the shade looks different from the After Party foundation, so I just didn't order it.
I wish there was a number to call and speak to someone while I'm trying to order, but everything is done via messaging. That doesn't help me much when I'm trying to order a particular shade in a particular foundation.
I did message Customer Service for a different issue. After some back and forth, it was finally solved.
I placed my order 10 days ago and my order hasn't even shipped yet. I leave for an extended trip in 5 days. I didn't realize how long it takes to process the orders. I think I will just go to a store next time so I can actually try the color and receive the product in time.
I am a 65 year old woman. I have limited computer skills. But I have many skills in other areas. I love the products that this company sells. They are excellent for your beauty! But I don't want auto - refill. They respectfully helped me. I will keep coming back for my beauty needs.
I was charged $5.90 for shipping only on my:

HORRIBLE/ BS
On checking out I had at least six different add-on requests. My child simply asked me a question and I accidentally picked up one. No confirmation question to make sure I wanted to order it. It just simply charged my card. I immediately emailed to cancel it but it's too late according to the company. Complete BS.
No comment until I'm told how much I was charged. Tell me how much I paid.
My first order. It took from the day I ordered to receive the product, 2 weeks. That's ridiculous. I would understand, but the order took 1 week just to ship, which according to my emails, it sat for another 2-3 days before they picked up by the carrier. I have not tried the product, but will be hesitant to order from them again.
The app was helpful finding the right shade and type of foundation. I just have to sit tight and wait for my order to come. Then I will know how accurate it is.
I thought I was getting a try before you buy deal, but i already got charged $120.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
Answer: This website is scam. They don't cancle order. Reday to scam once you order. BEware
Answer: Yes They are Scammers. Good luck getting your money back! 1
Answer: The company is a scammer. How would you trust their product is animal tested! Even you can't trust the product, as you don't know what's in it...
Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
