This cream smells great. Not overpowering. Light fresh scent. Provides great moisture on my facial skin. My face feels firmer too

I have loved the moisturizer I get on auto send from you but the last two orders have come with a free gift that was damaged and unusable upon arrival. Both times it was a pencil eye liner broken in half. Excited to get a free gift but bummed both times as both were unusable

I tried ordering 1 item and was charged 3 times. I immediately tried to get them removed and refunded and no on could help me. I will not be purchasing again and my bank will be disputing

And you are already asking for a review? OK. Navigating your site really needs work. Numerous times I just gave up and closed the window. If you hadn't offered me 10% to finish, I probably would have just walked away. I hope the products are worth the hassle. I will review once it's been more than 2 hours since I place my order.

I've just recently started using your products, this is my 3rd purchase. I have had an issue every time I've used your site. Either it won't take the promo code, kicks me out, ordered more than I did, etc. Otherwise happy. This time it kicked me out. From what happened this time I knew to wait, and sure enough, it went through even though your site showed it didn't. That's a hassle.

I had a concern about billing which turned out to be correct once it was clarified by customer support. Due to the problem, they offered me a $50 gift code! They went above and beyond. Would definitely order from them in the future and in fact just used my gift code to order more skin care products.

Not only are the products awesome, but their customer service is by far the best. CS is very important to me so this keeps me buying.
