The first time I used the sun down it went on evenly and I instantly noticed a slight color change: within a few hours I had a noticeable tan and it lasted almost a week! Highly recommend
I have become a fan of the product but not entirely satisfied with the "try before you buy" buy in - I purchased a product (Tanner) and when I tested it, the colour was not my fav. I was a day late in contacting you before the trial was up and you offered a $50 savings. I was charged $91 CAD for a product I will never use. In order to get something out of it I used the $50 coupon (thank you btw) but I'm once again in a position of receiving something I may not like. I feel a bit caught between wanting to continue trying product but not happy with how inflexible the trial period is. I didn't miss it by a week. I missed it by a day! Customer service goes a long way. As a business owner myself, I know it's the difference between keeping customers or not.

I accidentally hit upgrade but it wouldn't let me out of it and I have been charged multiple times for a total of over $200….I do not want any of your products after this
The IL makiage concealer is the best I've ever used. It makes my skin look the way I wish it looked when I wake up! Like most concealers, it does settle in lines, but I use Cliniques 100 hr. Moisture gel to prep the eye area and the concealer doesn't settle. The Woke up Like This makeup is awesome and the color match is also perfect. Great products.
Recently diagnosed with rosacea. This product appeared in my FB feed after researching my condition. I originally ordered it from Amazon and LOVE how it feels on my skin and how it covers and has tamed my redness. I decided to subscribe through you directly because I can't imagine being without it after ten days of use. Amazing product!

I mainly only use IL Makiage makeup products and not the skincare. I use the under eye corrector and that is truly amazing since it actually works! I have been very happy with everything I have ordered so far. If anything is wrong with your order customer service is very quick to make it right. I will only use IL Makiage for all of my makeup needs.

The website is very user friendly, however i suggest the price quote should display USD. I saw the price and bought 2 products, thinking they're quoted in CAD, only to be debited way above what I saw online.
While I love the products and it is easy to order, leaving is harder with the multiple "add this to your order" or " reorder automatically promotions."
I was in a rush and was annoyed by this.

Excellent Customer service, quick responses and products are unmatched. Love the woke up like this foundation, lip crayon and icon mascara. Oh and also the anti aging serum.
My only issue was the add ons. Great idea, but a bit misleading.
The makeup looks very "cakey" on my face. It doesn't look natural. I even tried mixing some of my hydrating moisturizer with the product
