I am so happy I tried this line of makeup. After taking that short quiz they sent me the perfect shade of makeup. Every time I shopped for makeup at the malls it was the wrong shade. Their customer service is great also. I can't wait to take pictures on my vacation :)
I love the products but they make it difficult to checkout with multiple ads you have to skip. Today I ordered the same products I usually do and even once you purchase the items they show you ads on products to add to your order. I accidentally clicked add and immediately sent out an email on cancelling the item. They told me they couldn't cancel because their warehouse automatically starts to prep the order. I don't think I will be able to continue buying from them anymore.
I don't like being bombarded with deals to keep buying things when I'm trying to check out. I wanted 1 item, and 3-4 other items kept being recommended and I could see how some people could unintentionally buy these. There was just too much upselling I think. I don't even know if I like the products yet, but I don't care for the checkout process.

I started using the foundation over a year ago, since then, I have tried store brands because they cost less, but I always go back to the I'll Makiage, I love the way it looks, the coverage and the way it makes my skin feel
I did the color quiz. I was wowed by the primer and concealer and how little was required when applying but the Foundation color received was slightly too light and grey. I emailed customer support and got an immediate reply with options: for color correction assistance and/ refund. After answering questions they sent me another foundation color 175 that was perfect! At 60 years of age I love the natural look! I've never experienced a company that provides this kind of product and service.

El delineador me dura mucho y es fácil de aplicar. El primer ayuda mucho a que la base quede regia y luzca suave en la piel. Adicional a eso el tono de mi concealer también es perfecto para mi.

It's hard because you have to deal with the tone of your skin and you just got it like describe especially it's hard for us. We don't know what kind of a dark skin or light skin or clear skin or medium skin. I have no idea. You should send a free sample instead we have to spend six dollars for you guys in order to get that sample
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
