They emailed me an offer only paying the shipping u can't get through the process without subscribing and that's when they charge extra of your card. Also they make sure it's not a prepaid card it have to be a bank card or credit card. Plus you can't contact them for refund

Hi, this is the third day using Il Makiage, so far, I'm not too impress with it. Maybe I need to give it the 14 days you advise. Even though I am wearing my regular moisturizer, and then apply Il Makiage feel my face like dry, and that makes my wrinkles to show more underneath my eyes

I did the try before you buy and I haven't even received the product yet and I was charged for the shipping and another charge for the full price of the products. I sent an email asking why and received no reply and I still haven't received anything and the tracking still only says processing! That is false advertisement!
So for years now I have used Estée Lauder, it has been my go to since I found that their products worked on my sensitive skin and I loved the makeup. But recently I found this product and thought is try it because my skin has changed since I've gotten older and my foundation was either to dark or too light. I was never able to find a foundation that took my yellow undertones into consideration, until II Makiage! I rushed to try it out when it arrived and a huge smile came on my face! I couldn't believe! Initially I thought it was too light, but as I blended it in, I was so amazed to see how well it covered, it didn't look like or felt like I had on a mask! If fact, it feels like I don't have anything on at all! Thank you so much for making this product, I love it!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
