The products are great but the website is designed to make you "accidentally" order another product. And some how when I ordered my items they became an auto subscription after that? Doesn't make scenes. Makes me not want to buy from here anymore.
I did the try before I buy option and got charged the full amount— there's no number I can to talk about this so I sent an email, let's see if I actually hear back from them. I'm extremely upset.

Also not happy with the return policy I had to return one makeup and I refused to pay $12 to return so I kept it, and it was the makeup sent with my wrong color match. I AM UPDATING THIS REVIEW TODAY 4/19/24 I WAND TO ADD THAT, I want to stop delivery, and I can't they don't cancel I got a notification that it will be delivered, and once I receive I can get a return label I JUST want to stop the delivery when asked online I get those automated messages saying that one's received I can send it back I WANT TO STOP THE DELIVERY PLEASE.
You think you're only being charge a small price to try the product, but they sneak the full price, as well. Two transactions at the same time. They tell you that the full price won't be charged until 14 days later. LIES! It's charged that same time at checkout. You might as well say "100% guaranteed or your money back in 14 days"…
I'm not one to wear makeup, but I like the way this product looks on the ladies in the advertisement. I'm excited to try this product and maybe look a little younger in the process!
I had trouble with my discount code. Sent an email to the customer support. Got a reply back quickly and my issue was resolved.

The best customer service I've ever experienced! When I had an issue with my purchase they got back to me immediately, went through it with me and sent my new order so fast, it had to of been under 5 minutes. I didn't have to do anything except answer a few questions. I was so happy, I ordered more from them. Will be using them for life now! I've never had a foundation match so perfectly, very happy to use their products. Now I can't wait for my new order to arrive.
First you match me to 120 then answer the same question and I got match to 105. Now I'm not sure what is really my color.

I love a lot of your products that I have purchased during the time that I've been your customer and I have subscriptions for the ones that I buy more often so that is perfect because I get a lower price.
I have contacted Customerservice several times to let them know that the way that they have set up their website to order items or to change the number of items, or delete items and do other things to the order. It is extremely difficult because the website is not easy to manage. Sometimes I have to write a letter to Customerservice to actually ask them to do what I want because the order is wrong and I cannot place it because I cannot twitch the system to my advantage.
The products are awesome for my skin tone, people have commented favorably about my face that looks very radiant. I have no issues with the products. I have issues with the way that the website is design and it doesn't help maneuvering it to do what you want to do.
Just re-ordered No Filter Primer...LOVE this! Makes my skin feel sooo soft and it also helps minimize pores. I'm in my 70's, (so no youthful skin for sure) so I do love what this does for me.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
