Please delete an add on order that popped up really quickly while i was making a first time order. Such a bad experience. I ordered this product when the foundation looked so beautiful on my niece. I am delighted to try it but i did not order the add-on order, it popped up quickly then I received a confirmation for it as well. Please credit my card and cancel the add-.on order. Do not make this first time a bad experience.
Hi. I was so excited to reorder your product that I even made it a 2 monthly repeat order. I read all the fine print and then I confirmed the order. Low and behold it was telling me I would be charged a 200 and something annual fee, yet no where did it say that before I confirmed. I can not believe your undesirable practices here. So when I get my product, because I canceled but they said it had already been processed even though it was under 1 or 2 hours of confirmation. So when I receive the products I will be sending it directly back back not because of your products, BUT because of your unethical practices of doing business this way. So sorry as I was looking forward to this but not now. Thank you, Deborah Whitwell

Site wouldn't load for try before you buy. Ended up buying at full price. Kept having to start over. Wouldn't let me delete from my cart. Site needs to be updated. It doesn't work well as is.
So after much debate I decided to order the foundation, lip pencil, no filter and f*uck I'm flawless got a free liquid eyeliner. We'll let me just say absolutely the best makeup ever. I have worn Clinique since I was 13 and Estée Lauder foundation recently due to turning 54. This is by far the absolute best makeup. Feels like I have nothing on and the color matching is exactly correct. The packaging was also very beautifully displayed. Will definitely be recommending all products to friends, coworkers, family and social media.

The SKIP button wouldn't allow me to click it (it was greyed out) and so I tried clicking the 20% button assuming it would ask me first before I wanted to add on and it didn't. It went ahead and added on to my original order and I didn't want to add on! Now I'm out more money and I didn't want the exfoliator. Pretty upset...felt like I was tricked!

I purchased Il Makiage Anti-Aging Flash Firming & Depuffing Eye Treatment a couple of weeks ago. I noticed a difference after the first application. I don't get much sleep, so my eyes look pretty bad. I have dark circles, puffiness and lines. A few minutes after applying, the puffiness really decreased. I look younger and like I don't have insomnia. I will definitely be buying this again!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
