Received my order about two weeks ago, was excited to finally get it. But not happy at all with the color chosen, very unnatural appearance.

The site has prompts to get you into X Y Z purchases or add one or subscriptions. The add ons feel random. The site also had trouble discerning between a drop down tab selection and an item selection, glitching out. Not the best on mobile, but at least they did not have a chat box constantly asking to help. It is *relatively* a standard difficulty on mobile shopping, so not ideal. Wish I could just pick this up at Sephora.
I choose try before you buy, they were supposed to bill me if I kept the product after 14 days, they took my money, and I haven't received my product yet!
U would not take my Chime cards and that is my bank. I did not like that.
Why advertise "You can try it before buying it" when it's not true?
And you can't even go and cancel the order or get in touch with anyone besides via email which will take up to 24 hours to get a response from them… another reason I don't like ordering from online places… I have been so hesitant on ordering and I should had stuck to my gut to not order it…

Actually i jumped the gun… customer service did email me back within the hour about my issue and explained their process which made me feel better

Instead of charging $5-6 for try on items took all the money full price for the make up never again!
This is my 2nd purchase. On my 1st purchase i was skeptical with the whole online tone matching process but was very happy with the product. This time I made my sister do the tone matching and am getting her a foundation for her to try. I'll be trying the no filter primer this time.
I ordered the foundation and the primer. It works very well, although not as well as the ad I watched that got me to purchase it nevertheless ill buy it again because its better than any other foundation and primer I've ever used!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
