Love the self tanner. No streaking or orange. Only thing i wished is they put the ounces of the product in the description. I thought i was buying a 4oz bottle and it was only 2oz. That was no where in the description of the product i picked.
This was my first time ordering and the process was sooooo simple. Can't wait to get my product. Hopefully it ships fast :).
It's not actual a free trial they are basically letting you borrow it to see if you like it then they charge you if it's not returned in 14 days

I had an item show up as an add on to order item that I was not aware of it. I did not do an add on to order. I cannot find how to cancel to resolve the issue.
When I went to do the try before you buy with a standard credit card it said my card wouldn't work. When I re-entered the card info, thinking I had entered it wrong, it charged me for the fill price and did not give me the try before you buy. Not good. Hoping they fix it quickly.
All in all good but I felt a little pushed to subscribe. I have to try the product first before I subscribe. I was highly disappointed in Crepe Erase and then getting out of the subscription was tedious. I won't do that again until I'm sure the product works

Excitedly went to the website after hearing about it from my sister in law. Went through the test to find my skin color 1st try they couldn't match my skin tone no biggie tried again. Got a match… super excited now… I see the try before you buy now extremely impressed… all I have to do is pay the shipping and handling about 5 bucks and some change no problem! Sign me up…come to find my card was charged twice! $134.06 plus shipping and handling $5.90 in seconds back to back…
Then received an email thanking me I'm vip and that I was only charged a shipping and handlers fee.YEAH 5.90 and a 134.06 more…

Did the perfect match questionnaire which offered a free 14 day trial where you will not be charged unless you decide to keep the product. I paid the $5.90 for shipping + tax, and was also charged a second time for the full amount of this "try before you buy" foundation. This company is dishonest, do not recommend.
I just placed my order earlier today. It states on the website you won't get charged until you try the product out but have not even received the product. Keep in mind just ordered it this morning and was already charged the full amount for the product.
This is just another foundation. On my skin, it did not minimize pores or conceal acne scars. It doesn't seem to deliver the results shown in various advertisements.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
