I didn't like not having an option to cancel some my orders. In most website you can modify, cancel your orders upto 30 minutes of purchasing. I ordered two items by mistake, realised that right away and tried to cancel it but there was no cancel option. Now I have to return them instead of canceling my order.
All of their products are wonderful and I keep trying more and am not disappointed

I signed up to receive texts about the shipment of my order. I then received a text saying for the next 15 minutes they would allow me to get 20% off ANYTHING I chose on the website. I tried to get a matte lipstick and would not allow me to get the discount.
I really like the coverage of this foundation and how they work with you to find the right shade. I did not give them 5 stars because I have twice had issues with my order and had to email back and forth several times to get it corrected. Most recently I ordered 2 tubes because of a sale (Buy one, get one at a discounted rate). However, only one was sent. My first email included my order number, and a screen shot of my order. Yet the very next email from them was asking for my order number! I was probably dealing with a bot, but still, it took more effort than it should have. They did apologize, but did not expedite shipping, so it took another 7-8 days to get to me. I have ordered cosmetics from Australia that got here faster than that!

I now own several products from II Makiage and I have not been disappointed in any, in fact, I just placed another order and reorder! The lip plumping is the ONLY one I have found that does what it says it will do. I was skeptical of all the new products on the market, but II Makiage has turned me into a believer! Best stuff ever!

Customer service was prompt with a helpful response regarding website navigation, but please add a way to deny the free gift or have some choice of it, I don't wear eye makeup and hate throwing away unused items. That's my only suggestion since I really like the products I purchase from you.
They are straight up false advertising. Not only did I get charged fully on the same day of placing my so call trial period order. But they also said sorry we can't do anything to stop the order when I asked to cancel it within minutes.

Absolutely love this product. Gives you a nice tan all over no orange looking skin. I have received lots of compliments. Just bought another bottle. Cheaper then going to a salon.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
