IHOP

I was seated before other customers and they got there food before I did so I got up and left... I waited for 45 minutes and people were walking in sitting down got there food I had go back to work with no lunch... I was going to Dennys before they close never had this happen... stay away from ihop in big spring tx there no good... waitress never came back and check on me... I went to

I recently went to I Hop in Arlington, WA where I reside!
Ordered the sampler and I wasn't impressed the ham was the size of a half dollar coin? The eggs were processed from artificial powder? The pancake syrup had fast food syrup cups and when I asked they said because of covid 5 years ago the multiple syrups were removed! The ham was made for a child not an adult and the eggs weren't real! When asked how my food was I said not good and he said how can I make it right I said if u can cook it correctly the first time don't ask for a second chance? I didn't tell him I was a site jabber poster as I asked for the bill! I will NEVER eat at any IHOP again! Down hill food and service!

IHOP in Huber Heights, OH. The food isn't even that good and it's expensive. The service sucks and it's not up to par like the California IHOP would be. This is the most nastiest IHOP. I overheard that there is a server named Sarah that actually OVERDOSED there at IHOP and they still have her working there. She's kind of short. Short hair. Glasses and crooked smile. She talks with a soft spoken voice and wears a choker. I also overheard that she had sex in the parking lot with one of the cooks. The staff is incredibly loud in the back. You can hear just about damn near every conversation that they have. I see servers sweeping and servers are not supposed to sweep in the dining area. Seems to me that they hire good workers, but they want to fire them because they want to keep their Favorites around. They even have people leave in mid shift to pick up others to work and then come back to finish their shift.
There's a manager up there named Victoria who does nothing. Absolutely nothing to help the establishment. All she talks about is what type of women she would like to sleep around with. She's an immature little girl. Does not have manager skills. There's just all types of issues in this IHOP. There's another manager up there kind of heavyset. All she does is scream and yell at people. She might just be the DM I don't know. A majority of the reason why no one would see anyone upfront because if you drive around to the back, sometimes you can see employees smoking marijuana. So if ever you come inside and no one's there to answer, trust me they're all smoking in the back or they go inside of another door that's in the back to smoke their marijuana. This place is an absolute joke. Nothing but young folks— which great good for them! But where are the adults?! Are these young adults not being adult adults? Sounds like it. This IHOP is a joke and it's not going to get where they want to be. These people are nasty and half of them do not even wash their hands so try not to eat the salads, especially the fruits.

I was working at IHOP in Phoenix at 2529 N 75th Ave and got illegally fired for my health issues. I had to call in cause I couldn't walk due to back problems because I have lupus. It was my fault I left the hospital before they were done so hospital did not and will not give me work release. But they did give me shot and treatment enough so I could go to work next day. I had my hospital band to prove I was there and I'm from Texas, been in management positions so as long as a employee can prove that's where they were and not lying it shouldn't be a problem which I did. When I came to work the next day and disclosed I had lupus the manager didn't even know what that was and said that I never told him that in my interview. No one has to tell anyone their medical information PERIOD. I was told to get Dr note that I was okay to work so I made the soonest appointment that I could that was ten days away. I called all my doctors and got in as fast as I could. During this time I would call the IHOP location back to give updates so they didn't think I did not want my job. I was told this was okay and get it as fast as I could. Then it took me almost two days to talk to manager cause he either wasn't there or I was told he was busy and to call back. When I finally talked to him he changed up what he originally told me and said he wanted clearance from that exact day when I had already informed them of what happened yet I had Dr note for return to work. He then said that the day I returned I looked sick. It was HIS choice to send me home. I was ready to work. I was then told that because it took so long that I was being let go when they knew the entire time I couldn't get in any faster. Not only that but when I did work they let people go too early and I was only part time but promised 25-30 hours but yet they cut shifts so early there's no way to make that. I've been in food/bar industry for nearly twenty years and I've NEVER worked for a worse company. Plus tip wise you don't make crap compared to working at a regular restaurant. I've been a manager at several places and I have never seen a worse company to work for. Not only all that but I was LITERALLY the only whites person who worked there. Everyone else is Mexican with no other races.

Food is not good. Omelette made of Pasturised pack, taste horrible. Caffe latte is without coffee taste. Pancake tastes so bad I can't explain. The service boy was rude. Overall experience bad. I will not recommend IHop.

Waitress was top notch! Very friendly and respectful. Wrong food was brought to me by the manager. I did not want it or want to pay for it. She snatched the plate away and said fine then. Waitress returned to the table to see if i wanted to order something different and the manager had reprimanded her for not telling me about the order. Very poor attitude from the manager and extremely disrespectful!

I went to the IHOP on bearrs to pick up an order I placed through Uber eats. The manager and a waitress were at the computer at the front desk doing some billing stuff. They both looked up at me but did not say a word. No hello, no "how can I help you ".nothing! I stood there for a good 5 minutes wondering if anyone is going to acknowledge me and then this sweet waitress named Stephania comes around and asks if I needed help. I told her I'm picking up and she helps with my order and turns to the two busy people and says to them that they are ignoring me and that I have been standing there for a while. The rude waitress says that she is not ignoring me and that she is busy with the billing and still doesn't acknowledge me or apologize. The manager just stares at the computer and not say a word. I asked them for their names and then I got some attention. The manager tells me that they were not ignoring and that they were doing something very important. I said it takes two seconds to look up and say "how can I help you". There is no excuse for their behavior. The waitress says "wow" and walks away. She says to me that she did not see me standing there. She had no idea that I was there. Another lie. I told her that she is still not acknowledging her rude behavior or apologizing and she says to me that she apologized to me before but I kept rambling. The manager then says to me to write a review under his name because he is a manager and that he can afford it if he gets fired but the waitress cannot. I couldn't believe it that now he was trying to make me feel guilty for writing an honest review. Poor management all around. I will give big kudos to Stephania for speaking up and acknowledging the mistreatment of a customer.

Ihop.com has different menu on their website like "Side 2 Plant based SA" is available on website but when I ordered that and went to pickup at Piscataway NJ location, they said they wont make it anymore, and they refused to refund it. Such a bull$#*! website.

N/A. I call bull$#*!. What more do you want me to say?. OK go to he'll. Wtf? How much more you want?

We had ordered food and my eggs were sunny side up but I ordered sracmble and they were wrong and my pancakes were cold and underfed cooked never coming back again IHOP you lost two customers

We came to Ihop Sat morning we stood at the desk for over 10 minutes waiting to be seated. Laniyah finally came to the desk and started seating other guest knowing that I was the standing for the longest time. I thought Laniyah was very rude and inconsiderate for her field of service.

Went to the 177th & Broadway (NYC) today. Service was terrible took 3 times to get a straw, waited forever to get sugar ended up getting from next table. The pancakes were not done through and through, blueberries for side were brought way after breakfast was eaten, finally ended up having to flag someone else for check. Customer Service is everything in ALL business establishments. This will mend or break a business.

Visited 2/29/2024. No heat. Extremely cold with A/C on. Food great! Will not return. Left receipt on table.

I ordered at the Havenwood Rd, Baltimore location today, and didn't realize that I didn't get my side order of toast, until I was home. I returned to pick it up and was given toast too hard to eat. I returned a third time waited for fresh toast. I finally got an edible side of toast but no apology for the waste of time and gas.You have to do better and value your customer's, especially when there is another restaurant yards away from yours. I also didn't get a receipt for my purchase.

My last 3 visits the food came out cold. It appeared food was precooked, stored and then microwaved.

Worst restaurant ever. Food poisoning central. Visited IHOP #471 at 1 am on Feb 13,2024 and ordered spicy poblano omelet. About 3 hours after consuming this crap had the worst rummy paid ever with nausea and sweating. FOOD POISONING CENTRAL. Never ever will go near this establishment or recommend it to anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NO APOLOGY NEEDED FIX YOUR CRAPPY RESTAURANTS
