I HAVE NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AND WOKE UP TO MY BANK ACCOUNT OVERDRAWN FROM IHERB LLC. THEY HACKED INTO MY PAYPAL AND EMPTIED MY BANK ACCOUNT. POLICE WERE NOTIFED AND SO WAS BANK. IM GOING TO SUE THESE MOTHER$#*!ERS. I GOT A NAME AND ADDRESS. I THINK ITS FAKE BUT CRIMINALS ARE $#*!IN STUPID SO HOPEFULLY HE USED HIS OWN. SUPPOSE TO GET MY MONEY BACK THRU THE BANK. DONT TRUST THESE FAGGITS. THIEFS!
I've ordered at least 3 times from other. The first two times were mildly unsatisfying. There was no lid on one of the products, and there were small holes punched in the safety seal. The second time there were also small holes in the safety seal. I didn't take the time to complain to other on those occasions. The third time I ordered, the lid was off, the safety seal was loose, and there was collagen powder all over the inside of the box it was shipped in. I've opened two tickets with iherb to let them know, and still have no response from them. There is no customer service by telephone, and the live chat is not functioning either. I'm very unsatisfied, and will never order from iherb again. I'd give less than a one star review if that was possible.

I had an issue with the discount code not working so I started a chat. The chat continued to loop me to suggested answers even though I selected to speak to a human. I then called the customer support number and it said they no longer offer phone support. I called back and selected another option and finally spoke to someone in another department who said he would relay my message and someone would contact me. They never did.

I've used this company for a few years and I've always been pleased.
Their prices are lower than most, they have a low dollar amount for free shipping, and I've always had fast shipping. It took just one day with the last order.
I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews, but I wanted to share my own experiences. I've never had a bad experience with this company.

When I got them, I found out that the products were second-hand and they were used by someone.
I have issued many refund requests. But, NO ONE refund request is approved.

I placed an order with iHerb 3 weeks ago. Ones I made the payment they sent me a confirmation email BUT 2 days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled and I haven't received my money back. I've tried emailing the company and they still haven't refunded my money. I never had an experience like this and I'm very frustrated as they literally won't return any of my emails or calls. Don't trust this company they will take your money and you won't be able to get it back.

I do not live in the US, but have ordered multiple times from iHerb before with no issues. However, my recent order was stopped at customs where I was asked to pay import duties for them to release it. This did not make sense to me as the total value of items I ordered was much lower than the de minimis amount for my country. It turns out iHerb had neglected to input the proper freight charges in the commercial invoice (they just left it as 0), leading to the IATA standardised calculated rates being applied instead for import duty assessment.
This negligence on the part of iHerb's logistics team has pushed my total order value to way above the de minimis amount, thus I am being asked to pay the import duties even though it is NOT my fault, and the import duties are 2/3rds the value of my total order because of their mistake. This whole situation could've been avoided if iHerb had just declared the charges properly in the documentations.
IHerb cs reps have not responded to my emails asking for updates on this issue, and I was informed by the courier company that they were instructed by iHerb to destroy/dispose of the parcel if I refuse to accept the duties charges. If the parcel is disposes of/destroyed, I would not be able to claim for refund from iHerb as per their TnC. They have completely washed their hands off of the issue and have taken no accountability for their own negligence. Under DAP terms of trade, the shipper ought to be responsible for the accurate declaration of shipment details and documentations to ensure cases like this do not occur, but it seems iHerb does not care about violating such understanding. Was once a loyal customer, based on this experience, never again.

I tried to return items that were not opened as I bought several, and was not happy. I emailed, NO REPLY….
Purchased 4 bottles of vitamins in April, 2022. Spent $58 on vitamins. When I received my order, I noticed one of the bottles did not have a safety seal. I contacted the company via message on their website (twice) to return the bottle for a refund or get a replacement. Never got a response. It's now the middle of June and still no message from company. I will no longer purchase from this company. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...

They use Ontrac for shipping which is the most unreliabl shipping company in America. Stop ordering from them through Amazon

I had never used Iherb before, but a bff uses them all the time. I found sugar free ZOLLY POPS on a fantastic sale there, put tog a big order, payed via PayPal, got a confirmation email from both PayPal and Iherb confirming my order, and I. Then, nothing. Looked to see when my order wld be on its way, no order. No PayPal payment. Emailed them, they said they weren't sure what happened, but would look into it and get back to me, and NADA. Freaking sucks b those pops are expensive and awesome. Won't ever find a sale. Like that again I don't think. SO! NO THANKS Iherb!

My invoice from iherb says it is in Canadian $ but my credit card did an exchange of Canadian to US dollars. Definitely was misled.

For the third time a shipment was delayed because they claimed there was info missing on the address. Last time it happened, after much searching I found someone to help. The package came with the corrected address identical to the original address. This time it was exactly the same situation except the iherb discontinued their real person phone help. I was directed to an automated chat except they wanted my cc number and to charge me a dollar for their help. I will never order from them again. It's just too much hassle to resolve an issue, even an easily solved one.

On May 18,2022, I received my order of 2 cans of baby formula. Both cans had an expiration date of Feb 2022. This company is taking advantage of desperate parents, during the formula shortage. SHAME ON THEM! They have no customer service department, nor a chat service with a live person. The chat room is a robotic system, with robotic generated questions and answers. DO NOT order from this company. You will have to dispute the charge with your credit card company... read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau!

Iherb has suspended my account and will not reactivate it. I have sent multiple support tickets which are met with automatic replies saying they are escalating the issue. I never hear back from the escalation team and just get an email asking me to rate the support I received. (No support was received) I will never shop at iherb again.

Answer: Yes, we have a lot of satisfied customers from the UK who have been ordering from us for many years. The only concern is the customs fees that are charged on the order. Unfortunately some customers are surprised about these fees or the value of the additional fees that get assessed.
