They have no control over the courier services they choose to deliver parcels. If they deliver to wrong addresses, iherb does not give a damn. They cannot refund you, resend the parcel or just help with the investigation. You have NO support after your parcel is shipped. And the best thing about it, iherb does not allow to choose any other courier service when submitting an order. A very nice business they run along with scummy CDL, stealing customers parcels one in a while.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. GIVE IT TO A COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY VALUES YOU.

There's no way to contact someone without creating a ticket. I've requested help multiple times and they kept closing the ticket without a valid explanation.

Wish I could give -0- stars, or better yet, negative stars! I wasted time the first time ordering, since I couldn't get the order to go through. I tried looking for a telephone number to call but turns out they only do chat and it was a robot. GOT NO WHERE! How foolish that I tried a second time and again on a weekend. Again, placed items in the cart and absolutely could not check out. I'll be waiting until the cows come home for them to send me my 6 digit code! If this is the way they operate, I wouldn't want to chance purchasing from them and trying to correct an error in delivery or quality of the product.

I sent an email to let iHerb know my credit card was compromised around the same time I had an auto-ship. I have been receiving automated emails for weeks saying they are behind on getting to the issue. Finally they blocked my account and are asking for an explanation of "why" there was a chargeback. If a human would read my email from the begininng, then IHerb could resolve their own question and I am happy to give them the new credit card #. I have spent alot of time on-line trying to communicate with iHerb thru their chat, email and it is maddening to resolve giving them monies. Not sure what else to do, except realize they don't want my money and my business.

Hello iHerb,
My credit card on the order below was compromised and the card was canceled. The purchase from iHerb was flagged and will probably come to back to your company as a fraudulent charge. This charge is accurate and the order did show up at my house I am keeping this order.
I have received my new credit card in the mail and wanted to make sure I get this issue settled with your company. Once you review it, please let me know how to correct the payment and activate my account again.
On 16th October i placed an order which was immediately confirmed and then even later than estimated delivery date, there was no update nothing, i couldnt even track. Contacted iherb support, they made a reshipment which I am still not able to receive, several times I messaged the iherb support, without a result. Silently made a refund, without my request and without any explanation.
And i have to pause my treatment even if i did way earlier than it was needed!

They blocked my account for suspicious activity and don't answer 1 month! My order was ******* made on 19th September.

We see that multiple accounts have been created and this one has been sharing it's Rewards code in a prohibited fashion in an attempt to generate Rewards Credit off of other's purchases. We suggest reviewing the agreements and terms and conditions of the Rewards Program. As a result this account has been closed. We suggest using one of the other associated accounts to make purchases.
The order which was placed using this account was canceled and all pending transactions voided. Decent enough, product, but they spam the h%%l out of you afterwards. Even when I mark the sender as spam, they just keep using a different email address. If you don't want to be spammed daily, you might have to use a fake email address, or just don't deal with them at all.

My wife ordered products one hour later and won't be able to change the order, it says "shipped", and no help is available to make cancellation via a phone call.
I sent an email request and received a response less than 24hrs informing me that iHerb Team is willing to make cancellation and working on the refund. I just updated my review.

Hadn't ordered since 2009 they sent my order to an address that I moved from three years ago. I did it with PayPal because PayPal had my new info. PayPal did not use my new info. Trying to cancel I herb from all my info. Cannot deal with a company that has no phone communication

It's the worst customer service I have ever experienced! First, they ship my order to the billing address which isn't even on my profile as a shipping address! Refuse giving a refund! Then, they block my account! It takes them forever to resolve issues! No one responds within 48 hours! All they can say "we are working on your issue"!

During Iherb's 26 % discount offer, two members of my family from different iherb account ordered supplements for kids amounting between $450-500(after discounts). After 15 days of order confirmation they suddenly blocked our account & rejected the order. This is just unacceptable. Their customer care is almost non-existent & pathetic, they take so many days to reply by email. This is just so frustrating to expect such service from this company. They should not provide such discounts & later block/reject the order. Shame on them to provide this kind of service.

I'm actually shocked to see any bad reviews…. They always have the best prices and if they're not the cheapest they're only up by a dollar or two on skin care vs styleVAnna or YESSTYLE but those sites take over a month to ship. I placed my order 2 days ago and it said arriving on Friday which is fast but it actually arrived today which is Wednesday. I'm extremely happy. Havnt tried the product yet but they're made by other companies so that's a whole different review but they're all authentic and yes I check… thank you iHerb, it's nice to have good customer service and fast shipping from a company for a change. I'm beyond happy. All shipped in one small box instead of 5 different ones which is so annoying. I hate getting a bunch of packages from one order, it's a waste of paper and takes forever for each to show. This was a perfect order and delivery I honestly couldn't have done it better myself and I'm a ups driver…
Update: made a second and third purchase and was deliver with 2 days, boxed perfectly and extremely happy. I ordered from YESSTYLE twice over 3 weeks ago and they haven't even shipped. Ide rather pay more with iHerb and get my shipment faster.

Answer: Yes you will be charged extra, they dont make it clear when you place an order, but I was asked to pay an extra £15 sterling before they would deliver my goods to my home, so I refused and am waiting a refund of my order which they now tell me will take up to 6 months, not a good company to deal with, buy from home if I were you, I will not purchase from america again.
