I have tried to confirm me email 30 times, you have 60 seconds to enter code but it trakes 10 mins for the email to come through. So you go back around the loop again. Not able to send them a message without getting a stupid robot trying to direct you around in circles. I have used this place before had no problems. My order was sent back because the courier driver left the ( not delivered note) in a bad place got send back to you. Then when i requested delivery again it was denied. I have no idea why and again they are not able to contact me as i am not able to verify my email due to there stupid 60sec rule on the confirmation when it takes 10 - 15 mins for the email to come through.
After I had paid all the 13 supplements, they suddenly closed my account. I tried to send email to their customer service but it kept kicking me out. You stole money from a person who is suffering from graves disease!

I received my order from Iherb and it was very poorly packaged, the packages were torn, the curry seasoning came with an open protective cover, and the apricot jam leaked, this experience with the order is terrible for me, and I want to return the order and get a refund. I made a request for a refund of the order, but they rejected it,. I am contacting my bank to solve this problem. Do not order anything here, they are not responsible for the quality of delivery and do not want to accept a return of an item that was delivered to you damaged. THIS IS A SCAM!Save your money! I received the wrong product ( collagen power) Tried 3 xs emailing with pictures. All I receive back are repeated emails for the same request. I am now going to call my credit card Co and dispute the charge for not receiving the correct item.

I bought 3 bottles each of 2 products. They shipped quickly but one bottle was missing. The only customer support they offer is chatting with an automated Bot. The "missing item" option is not available so I could not get the missing product. They offer reshipping but require you to ship back what you purchased first, absurd! There is no way to talk to a human. I'll never buy from them again. It is borderline a scam operation. Customer service in non-existent.

I've purchase numerous items from this app, and most are all subscribe and save. I am getting daily reminders that there are things in my cart. That needs to stop. I have addressed this personally with this company to know Avail. I just prevented myself from extra costs. As I was ready to go ahead and purchase items, and then realized that they were subscribed and save. I Purchase from other retailers as well, so its not all that easy to keep up with. You're not reading your reviews;1 you're not reading your emails. You have 0 customer service. This is pretty pathetic for healthcare items. I would really appreciate someone responding to this and acknowledging the issues that you have. I'm not sure why Swanson is allowing you to have their items on the app.

I've always ordered from Amazon and Vitacost, but I thought I would give iHerb a try since there free shipping limit is lower than Vitacost. It's not worth it. It is very difficult to get to live person to help you. You have to waste so much time to figure out their stupid virtual assistant in order to get to someone, but sometimes that doesn't even help. Note: Their return policy is not great. You have to submit a request, and if they deny your request, you have to pay money to ship it back to them. They DO NOT offer a free return unlike many, many online retailers out there. I purchased a new CosRx snail cream to try, and it gave me a reaction but now it's not worth it for me to ship it back. I should have just bought it on Ulta or Amazon instead. Lesson learned.

This company has gone downhill very fast recently. They always mess up orders and customer service does nothing to try to fix it. From delayed shipping to errors that cause the package to be stuck midway for weeks, I've seen it all. It's a sham cause they use to be decent. Now every time I want to place an order I think twice about it. Shame on them

I have used iHerb many times with no issues until recently. My product was not delivered. The courier had come to the house but no card was left nor did they call. I received notification by email that ended up in junk. By the time I contacted them the product was back in the US. iHerb are near impossible to contact. They said to contact the courier, the courier said to contact iherb as they didn't have the product. $100 down the toilet - not very happy

The site said my package was delivered. I didn't get it. I can't figure out how to talk to an actual employee. The refund options don't include package wasn't delivered. Can't get help. No vitamins and they still have my money. Not at all pleased. They should get customer service or shut the doors.

No phone # to contact. No working email. Somehow I was able to reach out to them, received the email telling me that my return should be approved and after that I would get a shipping label. I waited a few days, then contacted them again. My message came back undelivered. They blocked out my messages. I will send a complaint to BBB.

Charged my PayPal account immediately but never provided shipping confirmation (never shipped)
1-Customer service phone on invoice and PayPal profile is not valid
2-Customer service email on invoice and PayPal profile is not valid
3-email to iHerb generates automated reply with link to auto reply system which puts you into a loop of non-answers to your questions.
4-All considered the system is designed prevent customer support.

I ordered products on May 13. The package has never been delivered. IHerb does not seem to care. They sent me an email saying they are not responsible to issue refunds or reship orders. I have been in contact with the shipping company that iHerb hired to ship product to me and they say they will ship when it is returned to them. So where is it now? Why do I not have it and why does iHerb not care about customer service? Research shows it is cheaper to retain customers. But they are not even trying! I will never shop with them again and suggest you find another company to buy from.

Codeage's beef kidney is a fantastic DAO supplement for people with histamine problems. I've been using it for years and recently switched to iHerb as they offer it at a lower price than other suppliers. NEVER AGAIN. The product iHerb supplied was grey and full of mould flecks. Meanwhile, the Codeage I bought from a different supplier was completely fine (standard red-brown). When I complained to iHerb and asked for a replacement they claimed their product was perfectly normal and refused to give me a refund. The iHerb product is clearly not safe for consumption and I will never be buying from them again. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Placed an order at 828a.m. Within 2 minutes, I realized this was NOT the product I wanted/needed. I attempted to cancel the order on the website, by CALLING their contact phone # & replying to the order confirmation email. NOTHING worked. Their phone # states WE DO NOT ACCEPT calls or orders... go to the website. The LINKS that supposedly are intended to do what you ask DO NOT work. I have been trying to contact iherb for an hour. There is no record of my email or mobile phone yet they are emailing me regularly. There is no one you can talk to and you have to sign in to get a live person. But you can't sign in without your email or phone which they say they don't have.
