I bought gold for a game with a 3 day warranty. I received the gold over 24 hours after the "guaranteed" time. Then I get an account suspension hours after the true 3 days of 72 hours and attempted to see if there were any solutions and was met with a canned response that I was out of the warranty timeframe. I attempted to contact the seller first and their response was that they never had any other complaints so there's nothing that they can do.

On the surface their site looks like there is a solid customer support service. However, after clicking several links and getting empty placeholders I realized that it was just made to look legit. Buyer beware.

Bought an overwatch account, next day info was changed. Obviously I will be charging back on paypal and reporting the account to blizzard so they can block it and prevent future scams from happening. The support are no help, they profit from the scams, and they even told me that it was against their policy to chargeback on paypal. They spam their trustpilot page with fake reviews but on their site, you can see that a lot of the sellers have 50-60% positive feedback, saying the same thing as what happened to me.

Very bad service nobody contact me and i am waiting for service over 4 hours.
I try to contact the seller he didint even respond

After one week from buying the account he ask epic games support to restore the account. Now i lost my account and money.

SO I BOUGHT %K OF WOW GOLD AND ITS TAKEN OVER 4 DAYS SO FAR AFTER A PROMISSED 6 HOURS IVE HAD NOTHING BUT RING AROUNDS FROM THE SELLER WITH NO WAY OF CONTACTING IGVAULT AND SELLER NOT RESPONDING. DO NOT BUY FROM THSI SITE.

Tried buying 300k just to see if it was legit, no response from seller, and 404 error when I tried to get IGVault assistance with the order. Promised to fulfill order within 1 hour of purchase. I used PayPal so I can dispute the charge. Charge comes back as a chinese name "思豪 陆" Aka "lù zhàn duì" in English. Obviously a Chinese scam site. Some people might have gotten lucky and received their orders, but for the most part, this entire thing looks to be a scam.

Do not trust this website.

If you still decide to use it Never Verify you got the account. Because if the seller decides they want the account back to resell it here or sell it in another website. You lose what you paid for.

If any chance the same thing happens to you, go and report yourself so the scalper is punished by attempting to recover the account. Explain to the staff truthfully what happened.

DO NOT buy gold from these people I read some bad reviews and thought I'd give it a chance. DONT do it it is 100% a scam no matter what you read. They give themselves the good reviews.
I spent 250 dollars now I won't get back, I have emailed about 15 times to get the same answer "we have urged the delivery please be patient. It's been 3 days when the time to deliver said 8hours

Update: there has now been 34 emails backward and forward, they are telling me not all the gold is there so I've asked for what he currently has with them still telling me to be patient keep in mind it was supposed to take 8 hours I've been waiting now for 3 days. THIS IS 110% a scam site

I ordered 500k fut21 coins and they delivered in time but 24 hours later my entire Team worth over a Million was stolen. They dont give a $#*! for customer... they are only gamblers. Stay away from them. The Service Support is a Joke, the only thing that they can say is the guarentee time is over.

They enter on your account and steal all your money and transferable players. Never trust on them or you will loose it all.It is a big SCAM!

Stay away from this site if you have a big account. I have bought from them 6 times and 5 out of the 6 where great! The sixth time they sold my whole entire team! My team was worth 10,000,000 coins. I bought 3,000,000 and they did give me the coins but sold my whole team! They took about 4 days to transfer the coins which I thought was suspicion kept trying to talk to them and asking them what happen to my players and they kept Ignoring my question. I told them to put my players back and they continue to ignore me. Saying they need to "talk to the Manager". I used the coins they gave me to buy some of of players they stole from me and soon after they went into my account and took the players back. So they basically sold or transferred my big players which was about 10,000,000 coins worth of players and then went into my account and took there players or money back and refund me my money. So I lost about $1000 US Dollars in just three days. So be very carefull when you buy from them!

How are you guys giving out 5 stars like that? Ive been waiting over 12 Hours, with minimal support for an item that allegedly has INSTANT DELIVERY and IN STOCK

I Dont know if im the only one, but giving out 5 stars here and there seems suspicious.

Especially for an item that is in stock with alleged instant delivery too.

They endorse scammer because when you buy a Korean account they can just take it back with their number. After all, all Korean account needs a number registered to them. So once you pay a few months later they take them back and then you tell them about it and they can't help you because you as a buyer have almost no proof of purchase. After all, they say" they want to protect the seller but they don't protect themselves, the buyer. I Have bought 12 overwatch account and all 12 have been stolen back by the seller and I tell them that and they cant help me.

Garbage website. Bought coins off them a couple weeks back and got my account hacked. I have not given my information to anyone else so clearly the information given to them does not remain confidential. Lost a million coins, and I do not seem to be the only one who has experienced problems with them. 100% do not recommend, much better websites available.

IGVault scammed me off €2, which I genuinely find pathetic. Ordered 2k21 MT with a delivery time of 24 hours, seller never delivered - IGVault did everything they could to defend this "seller" (scammer), including cancelling my refund for no apparent reason, giving me a grand total of 24 hours to dispute the order before making it "unavailable". The seller literally took 5-6 days to answer but I only get 24 hours?

The website tells you to contact the seller before starting a dispute, and then completely disables the option to dispute the order if the seller doesn't answer in 24 hours. Seems like protecting a blatant scammer to me at least.

Also, the "customer support" (if it can even be called support) is absolutely subpar, for lack of a better term. Their e-mail responses were on average about 10 words long, just telling me to "check the order" over and over again. Absolutely no help to the point in which it's blatantly obvious that they're willing to go as low as scamming someone off such an insignificant amount.

Overall, I'd really stay away from this website - I can't 100% conclude that the overall website is a scam but you bet that if a seller scams you, they'll do anything they can to protect them instead of their customers.

I used this company for the first time, they put the coins on to my account then days later the same IP address logs back in and steals the coins back from my account. I reached out to the company and they stated it's nothing to do with them as it's out of warranty and claimed it's impossible that it could be them. Don't use these thieving individuals.

I got an account for 75$ which I had trouble logging into, after contacting the seller and waiting 2 days I finally got into account which had what I paid for, I then spent 220$ on a rare account and signed into it and it had 0 skins 0 emotes, so basically paid 220$ for a brand new fortnite account. I contacted the seller and ig vault themselves and sent them screenshots that the account had absolutely nothing on it and the sent me an email 3 days later that the account has no problems and did absolutely nothing. Bunch of scammers. And there customer service is dog$#*!.

I've been fodded off all day from 3 o clock ure website wasn't allowing me to log in on my normal acc so I tried another and it didn't work it wanted me to sign up so I did with a random email not even real pressed save password purchased coins contact email? I put my real email and then I used the same bank card as I did yesterday today I spoke to fiona who didn't really help as she contacted the seller forwarded the bank card I used to do buy the coins then she said she sent them the seller if there correct they will email me had no email so went back in then she wanted pictures of transaction which I provived yet now I have to wait for a manger if u was any kind of legit sight u would see u have been sent money and not complete the coins so how isn't that showing u did I just send u 6 quid to keep? End off the seller is Don seller

I made a 65€ purchase yesterday (réf: GLD**************) which was never delivered to me.
The seller tried to scam me with a "you have to pay again because you have been debited twice" and almost made me paid another 130€ on top of the 65€.

Moreover, I tried to contact the live support, they said "we won't do anything, it's your fault that you have been scammed by one of OUR sellers, we won't do a refund so f*** off"

I highly discourage anyone from buying there, don't expect anything from your "3 days guarantee" which is just a concept apparently
