Did not complete order in full. Despite numerous communications with customer service until they stopped returning my messages. There are other sites selling these products. I cannot recommend IGVAULT I would consider using an alternative site or risk not getting what you are paying for!

I recently purchased 2k myteam currency and waited for 16 hours now and the seller will not respond whatsoever when I just send a reminder this $#*! keeps ignoring me plus he even tried to block my messages. Do not believe that stupid igvault representative who replies to these reviews cause they never respond to any emails. I emailed them 3 times and they haven't done $#*! or responded. Either they have extremely bad customer service or they are pure scammers which is definitely what I've seen other people say as well. So they do this crap to everyone who buys from their site and they make it way too hard just to get a refund. Don't ever buy from this website believe me save your money and use it elsewhere. If I could give a negative rating I really would as well as many others. All of the positive comments are not real people its people from their site that put these messages to make them look good.

Stay away from this website they take forever to deliver coins and no customer service whatsoever. Not reliable

Be aware of this site. Seller stole the account and the money. This site didn't even care. If you don't want to lose the money don't use the site. There are betters.

I purchased 4 times at this site 3 times it was really good but the 4th time which is now tells me that there are scammers I purchased a rocket league goal explosion for 25 € and I didn't even get it the support write I think Bot messages to me and isn't helping me so pls stop buying on this page!

The scammer on this site wiped my phone after linking the gmail account and the support kept asking me to wait for over 2 weeks, then they told me that the warranty period has passed and there is nothing they can do. I filed a dispute with my bank and will never deal with these scammers ever again in my life!

My son bought a package and it was for a PC and not a Xbox. No exchange and no refund. You guys are a bunch off crooks! I had to select a star to submit my review but I rate you 0!

Salty seller got to my account after asking for a refund and sold all my players for cheap. Careful..

I bought a GTA 5 account with online. They sent me email pretty fast and i was happy. I started downloading. When i launched it, it worked perfectly. Then i wanted to launch online. I realized that my account was banned from social club and from online. When i wanted refund it, i went to website and this happend. I messaged them asking for refund. THEY BANNED MY IP Immidiatelly. I am angry now.

Got an account for 20€ and after 2 days the password was changed randomly, probably by the account owner. They sold an hacked account for some reason and i couldn't get my money back, i even wrote to igvault support but they didn't answer so 20€ got wasted. Nice $#*!ing site.

Even their so called LIVE SUPPORT is a total lie. Glad I paid with paypal so I can along with them verify this is an ASIAN scam site totally. I contacted the so called seller immediately who in a chat box said sorry the 1 hr delivery would take 2 hrs then completely ignored me after 8 hrs and now has been 24 hrs plus the SITE then claims it might take 3 days for A refund where your payment is immediate? Just stay away from this place unless you love being ripped off.
