Seller sold aLeague of legends account that he wasnt an orginal owner of. So original owner recovered account after two months and no i don't have any access to the account. I contacted Support and they said they cant do anything to help me because its passed their SEVEN DAY RETURN POLICY PERIOD. Which means after sellers sell accounts. They can just recover after 7 days. Buyers are screwed after that. They don't get a refund or anything. Such a bad return policy and horrible customer support

Bought 1M Fifa points, after waiting 3 weeks when it says 3 days they delivered 500k, then when I asked for the rest of the money they said they can't do it because it's been closed even though they only delivered half?
Emailed since and say there's nothing to do I've been scammed out of £85 please do not use.

They have an 8 hour delivery window. After 19 hours online i recieved nothing. I processed a refund and was told the order was frozen by support. Two days later the seller attempted to deliver my product piecemeal over the course of another 3 days AFTER the refund was processed. At this point support said "talk to your seller, he says he delivered" but I had already put in for a refund and assumed that money was coming back my way.

Support will not give you a refund. Support only looks out for the interests of the sellers, like a scam.

Bought an account and took over the email. Very happy with my purchase. It was easy. The first one actually was taken back by the original seller but the site gave me another one to make up for it so I'm pleased.

Beware! Worst company for VC by far. I've used 5-6 different sites for VC for Madden and NBA2K and this has been terrible. They advertise instant transfers or moneyback guarantee and I've waited over 24 hours and now my auctions ended. I've sent multiple pics of the cards to give them updated times and they would say thank you we are filling it right now. Time passed and only sent a few coins. I used another site and got them immediately and requested either my coins or a refund whichever is easier and now I can't get them to respond. Terrible customer service. Buy elsewhere.

Absolute scam.
To be honest, one of the most shady companies I have dealt with.
Ordered in-game currency, for 1 hour delivery. Delivery never materialized. Contacted the seller multiple times, no reply. Contacted their customer service, got brushed off, telling me seller will respond sometime in the future, and not willing to help with refund. Waited another day, still nothing. Contacted Customer Service again, letting them know that there is still no response or delivery. Opened dispute on PayPal.
Customer Service told me they will not deliver or refund unless I close the dispute! So essentially, they want me to deprive myself of any payment protection, and trust them to deliver or refund after all the treatment they have put me through. Funny thing is, a refund would close the dispute on PayPal, but they won't do that... So here we are... A company that does not deliver or refund the orders, and blackmail you in order to even have a chance to get your money back.

This service is an absolute joke.
Steer clear. There are plenty of more reliable and more honest sites out there.

I was scammed and didn't get what I paid for. Just look for the ability to contact them and it comes up 404 error.

Promised in 30 mins, 2nd day and nothing. No response from seller or customer support at IGVault. Messaging in app doesn't get response either. I'm out of pocket.

Made a purchase with a 3 day warranty. My account was suspended within that 3 day window and the items purchased were lost. They said they can't help me because they have already paid seller. Have a ton of screen shots of the transactions. OH this is after they tried insisting they get a picture of my debit card that I used on paypal. I covered all but the last 4 of the card and took a pic in front of the email that they sent me. They refused to take that as verification and insisted on my card, the name, and the expiration. So I cancelled that order, and completed a new one without issue.

I bought WoW tbc gold from this platfrom with 6 hours delivery time, after that time passed I contacted them to see what is going on and they (or their bot) replies: "Sir, I am working hard, I will complete your order as soon as possible. Please wait patiently during this period."
After 2-3 messages they stop responding.
I even sent a mail at their support office (*******@igvault.com) and they never replied.
If you don't wanna get scammed, don't buy anything from them.

Beware! Lower purchases will be fulfilled but anything over 50$ will be ignored and not refunded! Currently in a dispute with PayPal and IGvault. They even emailed me to "please cancel this dispute"… Jesus this is the worst experience ever! Just look at the seller chat screenshot!

They are unregulated and will NEVER help the customers. Their " Sellers " can break deals stating you should recieve your order within minutes or a few hours, but actually recieve it several hours or days later, and although the Seller broke their deal on WHEN you should get your items, they refuse to give your money back do they can " honor " their contracts with their Sellers. They ALSO STEAL. I tried buying Madden 22 coins from someone who spoke broken English. I had to keep asking questions on how he was going to get me my 300k I paid for, and he told me to " take pictures of my cards ". I had no idea what this meant so i asked if I was suppose to take pictures of the cards I wanted and he said " yes ". So I did and sent the pics, NOW thinking he was gonna buy them and trade them to me. So I wait, and wait, before asking what to do next. He said " transaction complete ". He bought the cards and thought I was the one selling them and when he bought them, THAT was his way of paying me 300k. Wish he made that clear from the beginning. So then I say " look you have the cards I wanted, just send those ". He told me he couldn't do that either. So now I complain to their " 24/7 " helpline. Not only DON'T they help, they too speak bad English and are COMPLETELY unprofessional, telling me it's my fault and too bad. That is LITERALLY what the 24/7 response was. DON'T give IGvault your money!

I bought 3 Diablo III accounts from this site. Sadly, 2 Accounts have been hacked/retrieved. Please note that I have updated the following:
1. Email
2. Password
3. Secret Question & Answer
4. Unfortunately, you cannot assign Mobile Number as it is country-locked.
5. In addition, I linked an Authenticator

So far, It has 67% secured as they said, but still there will be no assurance that you will have the account forever.

They even removed the review option, so i cannot rate the purchase.

Purchased an account for old RuneScape from ig vault and when I tried to log in it asked for Authenticator code on RuneScape client and when I tried to log in on RuneScape website it said incorrect password or log in. I tried over 20 times. I reached out to their website right away and they told me I have changed the information to the account and to have a good day! So now after 60 hours gone by I have to call my bank and get this taken care of. Very disappointed.

I've purchased something for £60 they said it's gonna arrive in 24 hours maximum but I've waited for 3 days still nothing happen I tried to contact the seller but he didn't reply me anything. It could be legit or it could be a scam depends on who the seller is whether u are lucky or not
