I purchased a Genshin account 6 weeks ago, spent countless hours on it since, and easily spent £1,000-£2,000 on it and I've just logged in on my PlayStation and realised it was different and not how I left it.

The accounts had its email and password changed, but I can still get in via my PS because it's linked to the account.

Long story short, the original owner of the account had it stolen, the thief then sold it to me, and now I have no rights to the account, and I've lost all that time and money.

Even if you buy an account and log in successfully, you probably will never get to keep that account, it's just a waiting game until the original owner gets Hoyoverse to return it to them.

I just contacted iGVault's customer support, not even for a refund, but to just ban the seller (Name: Best Price Store) and block them from making new accounts. She refused, saying it's their policy to not do absolutely anything after the "warranty" is over. They won't even protect their customers from having their money stolen by these thieves? She actually suggested I try contacting the thief?!

I wouldn't give iGVault a moment of your time let alone any of your money for this reason. They don't protect their customers, but protect their sellers who are known thieves.

Be smarter than me people.

I buyed a Fortnite account for 50€ and the seller changed after 2 weeks the password and igvault didnt do anything. Igvault is scam!

I do not recommend this website for buying anything. In my example, I find that there is no professional approach to the customer, the seller does not respond to messages. And guaranteed coinage is a lie. They write in the regulations for 3-6 hours. The seller writes up to 24 hours. But for 24 hours I have neither coins nor an answer. I hear excuses all the time. I do not recommend this site. Be careful, it smells like a scam

I made purchase using USDT payment method, and the transaction was completed and confirmed within the time range they give to proceed with the payment. The order ended up being "canceled" even after I've completed the payment to the USDT address provided. I've communicated with igvault for several days, i was informed that the manager was on vacation and they would get back to me within 2-3 days. It's been more than 1 week and no news... they even said that they would return the USDT and asked my address, after providing my address i didn't get any news for 2 days and i'm still waiting.

The seller says can't do anything of the acc and you should go do Refund and i want my money back

Advertised 30 minutes for delivery. Seller never responded. Customer service is a badly programmed bot. Supposedly issued a refund, but they need 3-5 days, up to 30. This site is a scam. Terrible experience.

I bought a Fortnite account for over 60 EUR which came fully with its linked e-mail address. It was a Russian webmail service address which I found very suspicious. The access worked fine and I immediately removed any linked accounts and reset all passwords (in Fortnite and for the lined mail account). The account worked exactly for 7 days (the warranty of iGVault) and on the 8th day the account didn't work anymore and was reset. Most likely either stolen back by the seller somehow or recovered by the original owner. IGVault is not helping and the money is lost. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! Beware!

Please please please stay away from this site entirely. I completely acknowledge that it was my mistake even trusting in the first place so I ask that you don't make the same mistake as me. I bought an account for an absurd amount of money (once again I take responsibility for this), and right after the warranty period ended, the account was hacked back and I lost all access to it. I attempted to contact igvault support and they just kept telling me their "manager" would get back to me - they then came back over 2 weeks later saying that they couldn't do anything since they already paid the seller and warranty period (7 days) was over! I have also tried contacting the seller over 50 times and have not gotten a single reply - keep in mind that this seller had THOUSANDS of reviews with a 98% positivity rate. PLEASE PLEASE don't make the same mistake as me and just save yourself some money.

I have purchased off them multiple times but found out the hard way they allow third party sellers onto their platform without any proper qualification. I purchased Fifa 22 ultimate team coins and had 24hr warranty. On the 25th hour my account was hacked by the seller and my coins were gone! Speaking to customer service is like speaking to a brick wall. Disgusting how they treat customers I had 1.5m coins stolen from my account and they had the audacity to offer me a 5% gift card! Stay far clear from these guys they let just about anyone sell their services on their platform and do not punish the sellers who scam you!

Probably I bought an account, he received everything was seems to be good until, I tried to sign in to check if the account working, because im third party seller I had customer he waits for this account and the scammer from the site just delivered account but the account was under block, so I contactacted the support and they start to troll me, and say "you make it" "your fault" after a while she even says "sorry for your lost" "you can't scam us" and things like that, and I am so mad because I spent money for my customer, he paids me to buy him account and what he got? Nothing because this site.

Requested a refund for a purchase which of course never went through, and no response or indication of a refund has occurred. Don't waste your time.

IGVault shows 45 day warranty on site to convey trust, but won't refund when seller reclaims account after delivery.

I purchased wow gold and the gold was delivered on time. Great right? 2 days later my account is banned. Blizzard states i purchased gold from a player who was stealing gold from other players. I asked igvault for a refund and they are refusing to give me my money back despite me emailing them a screenshot of blizzards reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The site is a scam, it sells accounts and then repos them, meaning they take back the accounts. DONT TRUST THIS SITE

Many scam seller and the site wont give you any help on that.
