I called to get some spider veins addressed and was upsold other things but they pushed for me to take out an Ally loan to pay for all of it. This took a matter of few minutes over the phone with one of their "consultants". The day before the appointment Ideal Image cancelled my appointment, saying I did not qualify for the procedure. The caveat was I could NOT get my money back and had to use it on something else that they offered. It has been nothing but a nightmare. No one from Ideal Image will call you back about refunding the money, but now I have this loan from Ally lending for things I can't use. Ideal Image got my money and banked it then cancelled my procedure. DO NOT use Ideal Image as they truly are scammers and I wish I would have read up more on them and Ally Lending before I called. They prey on people, take your money then cancel the service but you still end up owing the loan even though you didn't get the service, nor want a different treatment, so beware they will screw you over good! Yeah they are both really bad companies.

I am not one to write reviews about any business but I want to help people avoid this company at all costs.
I scheduled a consultation and ended up being pushed to sign a paper that they told me that I had 7 days to cancel, the girl that I spoke with even gave me her personal number to text and cancel. I texted her and decided I didn't want to go through with it, and she never texted back.
I started receiving mail from a company called Ally Lending, and I was so confused. I called them to see where my "loan" was from as I had never taken out a loan. They said it was from Ideal Image.
I told them I had cancelled weeks ago, they were so great and kind and filed a dispute.
About a week later, I got a call from a guy named Tanner I believe, with ideal image. I explained my situation hoping to have him help. He then proceeded to offer me a discount and said that I actually only had 3 days to cancel and that I was misinformed and had signed a contract. I told him I was told multiple times that it was 7 days and had the girls number. He told me that at this point I had signed the contract and had to go through with it.
I hung up and called the girl who originally helped me and it ended up being the girls moms cell phone. She hung up and told me to call Ideal Image.
After disputes, the contract was cancelled. But this company is shady and untrustworthy.

BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE QUICK TALKERS. DO NOT GET YOURSELF WRAPPED UP WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY LOCK YOU INTO A CONTRACT AND FORCE SERVICES.

Rep asked to pull my credit, to find out if I qualify for their third party vendor payment program. I do. I know I do. This is my second time setting up a consult in a year, and after expressing I wanted to think about a payment plan or paying in full, the rep Molly Forish, verbally reprimanded me and became pushy and overly aggressive with her approach. She essentially said I won't make the decision and read out my Google searches for cool sculpting over the past year, which was quite frankly weird. I told her she was trying to sales pitch me - which irritated her even more. Before I could say I would reach back out to her again - which I WAS going to do (I've changed my mind), she ended the call - clearly out of frustration. Horrible experience. Stay away. Bedside manner leaves much to be desired.

If you are wanting any service completed for your face or body, PLEASE look EVERYWHERE ELSE!
I promise you will not be happy from the second a call center person FINALLY gets you to answer your phone. The Reps are rude or uneducated and only care about your money, not your end goal. MONEY is the name of the game for Ideal Image!
Refunds are ONLY given to those who threaten the company legally or to ruin their reputation.
Your services are on contract and will expire before you've had full services rendered.
The way Ideal Image treats guest, I cant believe they have been around for as long as they have. I can guarantee, their time is almost up!

WORST SERVICE EVER! You have to make an appt. Month in advance (at least 2) but they are fast to cancel your appointment within 3 days. NOT only that you pay in advance for a service that they can't hold. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I joined location in July. They get you in, give you a good spiel and there's NEVER a time when I can get an appointment. NEVER. OH WAIT. I am driving to Greensboro at the end of
NOVEMBER for an appointment. I'm ready to get in touch with Chamber of commerce, and the local tv stations. I made a DUMB decision, hate to admit it

Long story short. They never have time for you. Then tell u the times on the contracts over even AFTER AN EXTENSION. I NEVER Canceled an appointment but yet they canceled me every time and booked me 3 months out! They are the worst purchase I made! DO NOT DO IT

Horrible experience with Ideal Image. This location was unprepared for my appointment. They could not complete my treatment and I had to return. Very inconsistent information about the treatment and follow up. I heard 3 different things from 3 different people. Customer service at the local, regional, and national level has been awful. My first treatment was almost a month ago and I have reached out many many times to get my concerns addressed and so far I have not received a response. Attempted to escalate the issue but no one has contacted me. For anyone considering Ideal Image, please be aware that there are significant issues with the company.

This company cons you into getting a loan without knowing until you are approved. You feel pressured to purchase more. I had botox around eyes and forehead and a month later results are gone. My entire forehead has broken out and I don't get acne there. I had dermal fillers around the mouth area and the fillers have settled everywhere else but where they should have been injected. The NP told me she was discombobulated multiple times in the room and that she doesn't usually work weekends. She came in and out of the room saying she doesn't know where anything is. The light was broken in the room as well but didn't think to bring me into another room. She also stated this room isn't set up well for this. All in all I would never recommend ideal image to anyone. I am fighting to have a syringe of juvederm taken off my loan that I did not use because why would I go back there when I didn't receive the results I was looking for and can not trust anywhere there with a needle. I was told by a claims girl that being a willing adult that it is in my contract that I can not have it taken off my loan. It's a scam company. I would have rather drove the 45 minutes away to my original med spa I have used and pay full price knowing I would get the results I should have gotten. Like they say. You pay what you get for. I was forwarned by a friend before I went there not to go there but I still gave ideal image the benefit of the doubt. I will continue to tell people to not go there. Poor practice and not a reputable company.

Do not give these people a dollar! I was scheduled to do coolsculpting, I showed up and they said I didn't have enough fat for the procedure, and that someone would call me. I then embarked on a 40 day adventure trying to get my money back. Don't sign anything, it is in their contract that you can't take them to court. If you have spent money there and you can't get it back contact the BBB! That's how I finally got my money back. No one at this company has a soul, if you call costumer service to complain about losing thousands of dollars they will say sorry, but they won't escalate it, they know exactly what is going on! Please please please don't spend any money there. I couldn't stand seeing anyone going through the hell they have put me and many other people through!

This place is indeed the shadiest business I have ever came across. I was to get a treatment in July-August for my wedding and was told the price was going to be 169 per month with all the discounts she gave me. Boom first I was never scheduled after being told I would have an appointment in two day, they tried to schedule me a whole month after my wedding for an area I did not select. They raised the price to 324.00 per and I was completely just blown away. I informed them that the service was not needed they proceed to tell me I can get my arms or legs done … I was not interested in anything they were offering so I refused. I get a call after I canceled the service and was told I can't cancel so they tried to steal the money from my account by asking my bank for another price other than the price I blocked them from taking. It worked so my bank paid them and later refunded me after learning of their scam. I noticed recently that my bank reversed the credit to my account, after investing we discovered they informed my bank that they refunded me (lies) my bank looked into in and determined they lied again. I get a call today from a credit card company who says they are trying to collect a debit from me for a credit card I never used or possessed. The company then goes on to tell me that they paid IDEAL IMAGE $2000 and that I need to contact them and have them return the money since I never received any services. This company is legit a piece of crap and be careful because I now have to pay for a lawyer to start proceedings.

This is my second review for this scam company now that my treatments are complete. This is a joke and buyers BEWARE! I had FIVE Cooltone treatments in 2 weeks AFTER being misled about Coolsculpt. My last treament included a side by side comparison between my first visit and last and shocker... absolutely NO difference! I say shocker because the nurse initially told me I wouldnt see results but because I had already signed the contract i was locked in! What a waste of money! In addition, a nurse told me that they took the money of a 72 year old woman who wanted Ultherapy on her neck even though she was not a candidate. The nurse even admitted it was wrong and they should have never taken her money! The woman was fighting to get her money back but Ideal Image was refusing... in her case the woman had loose/saggy skin due to age which the manufacturer states Ultherapy will not treat -prime candidates are mid 30s to 40s! These people should be ashamed! I wish I could give a -5 stars. Customer service is rude, complaints Case managers are uncaring and extremely slow in response times, scheduling appointments is difficult due to their short staffing issues... definately do NOT recommend. I purchased a package of CoolSculpting treatments in June 2022. The sales agent and I did a video meeting and she assured me I was a good candidate for this. I had my first session July 29; the nurses told me that they couldn't treat more than one abdominal area (I didn't have much subcutaneous fat, which is what CoolSculpting treats). They were not happy that I was sold this package.
I spoke with the Plano TX manager on August 4 and she agreed to open a case for me, seeking to refund the balance (about $5000). Since that time I have spoken with Ideal Image reps on the phone 6 times. They tell me they will have a case manager or a supervisor contact me. That has never happened; instead, they place me on hold for half an hour.

If you do business with Ideal Image, do NOT pay ANYTHING up front.

I paid for 1 cheek filler as the tech (culprit #1) was almost finished she stated I'm not going to use all of your cheek filler I'll place the rest around your mouth, I asked would there be an additional charge, she stated no. Well my charges jumped from $800 to $1600 for that one appointment. Contacted the CEO ( no help) the workers (my tech looked like she'd received thousands in face work/now I see why. I'm getting a lawyer. If you've been cheated monetarily please lmk via this board leave your email. It looks like a lot of people have experienced the same. It's shameful.
Progress Notes per Ideal Image show I came in 1x for a cheek filler and another for the facial filler ( not true). I wish I'd never stepped into Ideal Image!

The only reason I even walked into Ideal Image was because I received a gift certificate. I didn't have a very positive first impression based on the interaction between an employee and a new customer that was looking for information. I scheduled an appointment to have my lips touched up and was asked to pay in full at the time of making the appointment. A week prior to appointment I was contacted and informed that the injector would be out now and I would have to wait another 30 days. I said that won't work and asked for a refund. Apparently they can't give them locally. Part of my money should be a refund and the rest would be mailed via check. Not sure I believe it was processed yet (going on 2 weeks) You can't get anyone in the phone at their corporate office either. I'm about to involve my attorney. Stay clear!

I purchased their LIFETIME GUARANTEE Membership last July for $250. I went in yesterday and they said it had expired. The lifetime membership was for only 1 year. I had to purchase another Lifetime membership for $250 to get the discounted botox price. That makes no sense. I pointed out the poster hanging in the office, their website (see pics below) and the front desk person said there was nothing she could do. I paid the $250 but I am demanding a refund. Who can I reach out to? This is deceptive and misleading marketing tactics.
