My consultation was for ultherapy in which I purchased and had the expensive treatment. Ultherapy took maybe 3 minutes and told results would show in 3-6 months. Complete waste of money. Will never recommend this spa to anyone. If you want any work done, spend your money on professionals in the medical field. Be careful on your consultation with these people as they need to rope you into a membership.

I've had botox done at many different places, I've used groupons and even had it done in Mexico. The botox ideal image uses is weak and you're going to need 3x the amount you would anywhere else, not to mention the injectionists all tell you something different and the results will be minimal if not botched. I'm pretty laid back and need minimal units- so for me to say this and go out of my way to write this is pretty telling. The employees are undertrained and the scheduling sucks. They cancelled on me 3 times the day of when I have to rearrange work and babysitting and don't get PTO. So that costed me a ton of money and they are booked out for long periods. Services are non refundable, which they do not let you know when buying them. So you get botched with one service? Too bad. You're out the money. Seriously unskilled injectionists and diluted product.

Ideal image Shrewsbury ma center technician burnt me with the laser machine and when I asked for ice packs. They denied and acted very rude and said if you don't have tolerance don't book many areas and when I booked separately they cancelled lot of my appointments …i paid 7000 dollars for not this kind of treatment... They are extremely rude and don't even do their work with care … burnt my legs with the laser machine… with the circular opening of the laser machine at the top. Worst service…. I wish from the core of my heart that they go out of business….

I signed up and paid in full with a loan. They asked for a credit card and said they would not charge it. But guess what? They did. I was charge over 3k twice. When I brought it to their attention, they said they would pay me back, but nothing ever happened. When I went in got my first treatment, I was told I was not a good candidate and asked for a refund and was told I would be contacted, but never was. I was sent two emails with a contract to sign to get my money back, but each contract was short about $350. I signed anyways so I could at least get most of my money back. I sent back the two skin care kits I received but when I called back 4 weeks later, they said they never received it and could not issues the rest of my money back. So here we are. No treatments and they stole $700 dollars from me!

DO NOT SIGN UP AND PAY IN ADVANCE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Over paid for services when asked about pricing they wouldn't give specifics just said it "depends on packages" when asked to cancel future appointments they informed me and canceled appointments will not be refunded but they would still charge,

This place is horrible. They make last minute schedule changes all the time. They also have zero availability for their clients. My last laser hair treatment was in November. They cancelled my appointment tomorrow (with not even 24 hours notice), and then they said they don't have any availability until February 2023. This leaves me 3 months in between treatments. Don't take on clients if you don't have the bandwidth to complete your services in a timely manner, especially when you recommend re-treatment within 6-8 weeks. Save your money and go elsewhere

I've been getting botox and fillers at Ideal Image in Chandler, AZ for a couple years and I have nothing but praise for them. Breanne is the best injector I've ever had. No bruising or painful injections when Breanne does it. The only other services I've had there was Ultherapy a month ago so I'm not yet seeing results. They said it could be a few months to see results. I will say that Ultherapy was very painful and I won't be doing it again so I'm hoping for some amazing results.

I signed up for the membership lifetime guarantee that included $8.90/unit for Botox. In my last appointment, without any warning, the nurse shared that because of inflation, the price is now $10! This has not been notified to me. This is not what I signed up for. And this is illegal practice. I reached out to customer service and never heard back. Filed a complain with the BBB and FTC. Those illegal business practices have to be stopped. It is not in the best interest of customers and their practices are shady. I am thinking of hiring a lawyer to end those illegal actions. If other customers are also victims of illegal business practices from Ideal Image. Please reach out to me directly. The more people speak up, the fastest they will have to stop their illegal acts.

This place needs to be investigated. They are running a scam. My service location is Newton Massachusetts and the consultant (Korin Risco Hernandez claimed to have years of experience with the company and been in this industry for her entire career)based in Florida. Hear my story: I was looking into the cool sculpting treatment. The consultant assessed my situation in a zoom call and told me 1 session will take care of it. I was like oh great. How little do I know. I fell for the biggest business scam. Leading to the day prior to the appointment. The nurses in newton location told me: the appointment is only scheduled for 1 side of my abdomen area... WHO IN THE WORLD will only want one side of their body to be treated?! So they told me if I need another side treated I would need to pay $700 over the $700 I already pay for my service. None of these was previously communicated to me until the last day before the appointment. They trick people in and lock you in a contract and an fairly expensive price and starting to ask you for more money or they will only give you the reduced service. So you thought you were in for a good deal, you were too naive. They wants you to spending 2times more than promised. DO NOT GO HERE. This business needs to be investigated, please do not fall for the scam. It's my real experience. I'm happy to spread the world. Anyone who wants to purchase from them. Please don't, I'm happy to share my personal experience with you just to avoid you from further headache. Also, to be able to buy the cool sculpting service they had to bundle you with some sort of membership. It's completely unethical. It's coming to sense to me the membership fee is where they make their most profit. This place is not about giving you the care for your body, rather a cash generating machine for the CEO and they will squeeze every cent out from you.

I did not receive all of my treatments. I paid for face and underarms hair removal. Due to COVID and THEM closing I missed one then I had Covid twice and missed 2. At the end I only had 5 visits ( they give you 9….5 you technically pay for and 4 free touch ups) they would not extend my 4 free ones so I only got my five. They then told me I had to pay 90 dollars just for my face for touch up… I went to get a touch up and they charged my card $150. Horrible service I regret going there and spending over 3 k on this

After lying about the amount of time it would take to see results I am now 5 months in and still NOT SATISFIED! I see no results in my face, chin or neck and I'm out $*******! This place is a joke! Never again,,,,

The representatives do not know enough about the procedures to accurately help you. The ultherapy is VERY painful and trying to schedule for the Parmer location is a joke. I have been on the waiting list for almost a year. They wouldn't refund my money, but I couldn't get an appointment scheduled.

I bought two cycles for the tummy and sides and if I could give a negative star I would! The procedure cost over 5k and I haven't seen any change at all! My stomach and side looks exactly like the day I walk in for the procedure! If I was you please don't waste your money!

I was quoted $6000. To remove unwanted belly fat. After the first session, I was told, it wouldn't work. Can't get a refund or transfer to someone else.

Last November, I purchased almost $7000 for hair removal packages. They consistently canceled my appointment. After one year, I didn't have any appointments and charge me for it. I am in process to hire lawyer to get my money back. Don't don't make contact with them. They are bunch thief.

I have emailed and called this place they are NOT true to their advertisement! Back in August I had a formal gala to attend wanted to look extra special and I decided this would be the road to go! The person I will assume a sales GAL! Told me back in MAY 2022 oh yeah you will be good to go by August! I was excited (yes I asked this heffa questions and she straight LIED to me! When I got to my appointment June 3rd I was informed that I could only get one treatment every 90 days, AFTER I signed the contract! I have complained but no one CARES! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CRAP I HAVE NOT GONE BACK! I SCHEDULED MY NEXT APPOINTMENT 90 DAYS LATER THEY CALLED ME THAT DAY AND SAID I COULD NOT COME! IT WAS ON A SUNDAY AND THIS IS THE DRUID HILLS LOCATION! THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO SCHEDULE AN APPT WITHOUT MY CONSENT MAKING IT LOOK LIKE A NO SHOW! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! NOW I AM HAVING TO PAY FOR SERVICES NOT EVEN DONE! THEY GET A ZERO FROM ME!

Ben helped me with an issue which took a considerable amount of his time. He was the most professional and kind person I have ever encountered. You have a very valuable employee in him. He never failed to communicate with me often and ultimately took care of me as a customer. I will never forget the help he gave me.
