This place will sign you up and get your $$ immediately but, if you can't have your procedure and want $$ back they want to charge you an admin fee. I have a hernia and it was not discovered during my consultation because it was over zoom. Get to the clinic and they can't do my cool sculpting. Now they want me to pay over $100 for the nurses time. She did nothing except tell me we can't do this today. Just don't go here they only want your $$ for some bs membership and don't really care about you as a person. Shame on you ideal image you are anything but ideal!

I signed up for laser hair removal with a consultant over zoom video and got a loan through Ally lending. The following day I read ALL of the terrible reviews people had left and immediately regretted my decision signing up with this company. You have 3 days to cancel services and get refunded! (I was not told that by the consultant but found out by reading reviews online.) I called corporate on day 2 and the loan was refunded back to Ally after 7 days and I got refunded for a payment I made over the zoom video. Thankful I got out with no issues and ideal image handled this professionally. Hope this helps someone like it did me!

I tried Laser hair removal services from Ideal images Okc recently highly disappointed their staff is not well trained this one provider damaged my eye brow I have lost half of my eye brow unfortunately. Be aware don't use their services.

Do not ever ever fall for this. Once you pay the money, you will keep following up with them and the final outcome will nowhere be close to original promise. I gave all the money in advance and all I received in return were the promises. After several follow up and frustrating journey, I underwent the procedure which ended up being absolutely useless. This is very gimmicky and I would never recommend it for anyone.

After sitting through a long impromptu video call, I hung up when receiving a vastly different price estimate than the original. Continued to receive calls afterwards until I blocked them.

These 5 star reviews are suspicious; 98% of them contain perfect grammar and somehow they have all correctly spelled at least one very unique name. How could everyone remember their technician's name anyways? Maybe you've received some monetary incentive?

Total waste of money I took pictures before and after and it's almost been a year which they said on ultherapy that you would see results up to a year. Cool sculpting don't see any change also on a diet no results waste of money scam!

I paid over $8000 for my daughter's laser and at the time we were told that all the touch ups will be free. Unfortunately, after the regular appointments ended the hair on the arms and the face are still around. Actually much thicker in the arms than before. Then, when we went for so Called touchups the show us a part in our contract that says we have to pay 10% for these additional services. Now they have even increased those fees by 50%. My recommendation watch out and do not believe what they say.

Their consultation does not.make any sense. How can you tell the type.of skin a person has based on a video call. Secondly, they do not.have a medical doctor providing this procedure, worst of all, they have you signing docs while on the video call, one has no time.to read what they are signing. When you try to cancel no one communicate with you, they already gave your money. Very poor customer service

I've been going to Ideal Image for the last 3 yrs. I completed my treatment and have been going back for touch ups about every 3 months. When I signed the contract I was guaranteed to have 90% off the going rate for touch ups which came to about $20 for upper lip for example. Just went in for a touch up on 1/28/2023 and they have raised all rates by two fold and I now pay $50 for upper lip. I will be going to one of their competitors Milan and starting trmt over in the areas that I've been getting touch ups as they have unlimited treatments for life. You will always needs touch ups as our hormones change so if Ideal increases by two fold what will the years to come have in store. Don't waste your time and money and just go somewhere else

I had a horrible experience with Ideal Image Henderson Office. After almost 9 years using Botox... It is the first time that they tried to force me to buy more units, because according to them they are losing money. They treated me like a criminal because I refused to buy more than 50 units. The ones I don't need. Finally, they gave me the 30 units I always use, but after 2 weeks my face is still the same! There was no effect, this makes me wonder if they used Botox or something else to calm my disgust and so I got out of there quickly. Now I am asking for a refund of my money. And they do not want to accept that they did not use Botox, of course, and they do not want to give me the corresponding refund.

This company is ROCK BOTTOM for customer service! All they care about is getting your money period and will do anything to get it! I was sold cool sculpting over the internet! Sales agent was told I had a tummy tuck and still proceeded to sell it to me! Lo and behold I did not qualify…. They sent me cream about a month later and said it was non refundable! Even though they knew I did not qualify they sent it to me anyway! I spent hours and days trying to resolve this! They want a CC 100.00 admin fee plus money for cream that was non refundable I didn't qualify for the procedure so why would I need the cream! I have had bill collections calling me …. Letters…. Texts…. Now I am sent to a collection agency! This company is from HELL BEWARE

I think the ONLY reason I got my 4,000 refunded to me was because I backed out of the initial contract within the first 3 days of them taking my money, it seemed sketchy that they were even going to do that, one guy said, "the money is non-refundable"! But they quickly sent me a box by Fed Ex of lotion they charged me $190.00 for - I quickly had it sent back the same way it was sent, but it for the last 2 months they claimed their 3rd party place warehouse it went to never received it & I failed to get tracking info until now. I got their initial tracking # to then find out what mine was and, yes, they did get it and now that I've fought with them all this time and had to prove it, they finally are going to give the refund! F**K

I was very pleased with the service I received at Ideal Image.
The first experience I had was with Darlin, she was very informative and helpful.
I saw Michelle for a Botox appt and she was very knowledgeable about facial mussels and techniques in which to use to create perfect symmetry.
I will continue to return to Ideal Image for my cosmetic needs.

Beware that they can change the terms of your membership whenever they want. I initially joined the membership because of the discount of Botox at $8.90 with no minimum. However, I discovered that they added a minimum of 100 units in the middle of my membership. Any other upstanding business would have implemented the new minimum with a membership renewal, honoring your initial membership terms until completion. I distinctly joined because of the discount, and I feel bamboozled. I'm no longer giving them my business because I cannot trust their business practices.

Several sessions and minimal results. A total rip off and should be considered a fraud for what they charge. Total waste of money. Staff very friendly and nice but the concept does nothing and should be called out for what they are doing. They are making a fortune for treatments such as this that have no results.

They had to reschedule me for my lip filler to a different location that was farther. I was a little late so they wouldn't take me and were not apologetic at all. Then when I reschedule and sat there for 20 min, they told me I can never get filler there because on my medical record I disclosed that I almost passed out from a penicillin shot when I was 18! Over 12 years ago...even though I've had fillers done multiple places since then! What kind of place will do Botox on me but reject me for fillers for this!? Doesn't make sense and I had already paid for the fillers on a black Friday deal... still have not received a single email!

Sure, when I'm able to get an appointment and it isn't cancelled on me, it seems like the service is making progress toward my hair-removal goals. However, one of the biggest aspects of the laser-hair-removal treatment is that it's supposed to happen consistently. I've found it incredibly difficult to consistently get the treatment I paid for due to multiple cancellations on Ideal Image's side and poor communication. Additionally, when they cancel and ask when I'd like to reschedule, it's often way later than the recommended 6-8 weeks from the last treatment. Even more frustratingly, I paid for a year of service, but since my appointments keep getting pushed back, I doubt I'll receive the recommended number of treatment services I was told I should be able to receive.

As far as getting Botox, which is the only service I got during my membership, that was fine, the nurses were great. Overall, as a business, this place is terrible. The front desk employees seem to never have any idea what is going on, and claim to always have a full schedule, although it never appears to be busy. They told me that the price per unit (of Botox) had gone up, even for existing members, looking online there is no change in the price, but I was told that they will NOT honor the price advertised online and that it doesn't matter that I was within the timeframe of my paid for membership. When I asked if I could speak to management, I was told there is only one manager for the entire region & that a message could be sent to that manager, but it's doubtful that I would hear back. UNREAL...I obviously canceled my membership & will not do business there again.

If you have to fight a patient to keep their money after a cancellation then you are not a successful business. Beware, the reason they demand payment upfront to schedule you is because you'll never get it back if you for some reason decide not to move forward with treatment
