If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have someone call you and sign you up on a package which is expensive and tell you if you have a medical condition and they cannot perform the procedure they will refund the money. This is a lie! Do not sign up for their so called loan. They could not service me as I have an auto immune disease and past skin cancer which I told the person before I signed up I had and she assured me I would get a refund if there was a reason I cannot get the service. I went in for 2 consultations and they told me due to my auto immune disease they could not service me without a doctor's ok. I cannot get a doctor's clearance and so I called to cancel. A manager called me today and said there were no refunds and it was in the contract. They did not stand up to their word. I told them I couldn't get their service and they need to return the funds to the lending company. She said they could not and would escalate it to a higher person and get back to me in a few days. I also found they have a lot if customer complaints and others who could not get their money back. Beware of Ideal Image!

DO NOT GET SERVICES WITH IDEAL IMAGE. PREDATORY LENDING SCAM WITH ALLY BANK. YOU WILL BE FORCED TO PAY FOR SERVICES EVEN IF YOU DO NOT WANT THEM. EVEN IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AND IT MAY HARM YOU OR YOUR CHILD.

When I signed up for the lifetime membership I wasn't told I had 9 months to do my cool sculpt. No way you can do it in 9 months. I also purchased 2 ultherapy sessions and used one and tried to use the other and they told me I had already used it. Also tried to take my last 2 cool sculpt sessions away by telling my time had expired. Went for my last session today and was told that the last time the used the plus on me and it counted as two sessions! I was never Informed of this. I didn't request it. They lie they scam. Will be talking to my attorney.

I purchased Ideal Image on 08/10/2022 for derma fillers and laser hair removal My laser hair removal appointment was scheduled for 08/16/2022@ 12:40 pm I received a email stating my appointment is scheduled. My Advance filler appointment scheduled for 08/16/*******@11:00 am. I received a email stating my appointment has been scheduled. On 08/16/2022 I arrived for my appointments@ Ideal Laser 5400 Brodie Ln Suite 280 Austin Tx ******* phone *******778 and was told my appointments was auto canceled, I have email for each appointment stating "appointments has been scheduled". There was nothing front desk could do to squeeze me in to perform services Advance Fillers guaranteed during sales time of purchased. They wanted to squeeze me in only for Laser hair removal but not Advanced filler 08/16/2022@ 11:00 am nor can they help in issuing me a refund. Front desk supplied phone to call for refund *******324. I called spoke with Aaron who opened a refund case#*******. I was told to allow 15 business days for decision. Decision is Ideal Image canceled my appointments and want me to wait a whole 15 business days for a decision. I have notified my credit card companies to despite refund Advance Filler purchase $725.00 Lifetime guaranteed Members250 I feel scammed and ripped off, services was expected and not rendered both of my appointments should not be canceled. I ordered Advance Filler and Laser hair removal together not separate. The timeframe to make a decision but not a refund seems unethical and poor business practices. I would like to escalate this matter. I want my refund $975.00 I paid you $975.00and expect $975.00 refund.

Ideal image is terrible business. I initial was going to go with IDEAL IMAGE and found a better place and 850 dollars cheaper with better financing offers. I did not have an appointment and informed them I canceled they said they could refund me the 250 dollar membership but not the money for the procedure that I did not have of around 3200 dollars. This not only reflects poorly on Ideal Image but also Ally Banking the bank that loans them money. I highly recommend if you did this option with Ally to let them know there shady business as I did and their doing a full investigation since they cannot understand why there sending money to organization for procedures that did not happen. RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE. Lowest of the low.

They are very deceptive in what they are selling to you. They never even did an in person consult to be sure that your hair type will be treatable for laser hair removal. Make you sign a contract to complete treatment in 18 months but they have limited availability. I put in about 5 claims with their customer service because I was booked for one thing but I had thought it was the other. Never heard back from them, not once. Don't even try to reschedule your appointment because they will have nothing open for you to do so. You will just miss a whole treatment but the deadlines of when you need to get it done by does not change. There are way better companies than this one. The staff in office were nice though. This is not a reflection of them but of the company.

My doctor was on vacation so I can't go to my regular routine.

I call customer service number I pay 200$ for first time they have this promotion lot once I got to the Hallandale office. Nurses Amanda told me. The money I pay them is not enough I need to pay extra 320$ more that will put me to 550$ For 22 units this place is a whip off. Stay away from this place

Very dissatisfied (beware) when I made it to my first appointment It was not the same as I was told during my consultation. During my consultation i was told that i was set up and paid for 4 appointments which I was able to schedule the first 2 with the consultant and that the nurse at the local office would schedule the remaining 2 appointments, but when I got to the appointment the nurse said I only had 2 appointments and would have to pay more if I wanted to do 2 more appointments, so I did not go through with the procedure. I called customer service to get the matter resolved asking for a refund because they were trying to make me spend even more money to get what I was quoted and agreed to through my consultation. I was given the run around of course after the call I did not receive a call back so I waited a week and still no call back, so I called and was told that Erin was handling my case and she would call me later that day, which she did not. So I called 3 days in a row, sometimes twice a day, with the same response she was not available and she would call me back. When she finally called back she said she couldn't give me a refund and tried to make me schedule an appointment which would still be the same dilemma so I asked to speak to the manager who also did not help any just tried to make me pay for more appointments or swap to different services which I did not want. I would NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY IDEAL IMAGE, THEY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CUSTOMER, JUST A MONEY HUNGRY CORPORATION.

Well, that was interesting. I filled out an online form and received a call from a lovely girl who st an appointment for me to talk to a consultant at 8:30 PM CST today. I took the call and I was transferred to a woman who answered stating '... I aint taking no fuc-- call after I have been sitting here... fu---... ' and she hung up. Ok, I called back to let them know I lost all interest. I wish I had recorded that transfer to the consultant, it would have made a great tik tok.

Long story short. I wanted laser hair removal. I had a zoom meeting told her was gonna go on vacation. She knew we were gonna be in the sun all summer. She LIED. She booked me 1 week out. I was called 1 day prior to visit and cxl the girl had covid I was told. My 1st treatment it was to be. They booked me 2 weeks out. And then told ME NO SUN 2 WEEKS BEFORE TRRATMENTS AND 2 WEEKS AFTER TREATMENT. 4017. 00. I was lied to. I am telling everyone I know to never use IDEAL IMAGE. I WANT MY MONEYNOW.

They are unable to give you an appointment when i finally get one they cancelled and they expect me to work with them it has been months and I have not get not 1 service. They refused to cancelled I am not even asking them a refund, i told them to stop going into my account but they do not listen i have to go to the bank and cancel them out, what a shame! Run not worth the aggravation

I'll make this quick. Run away. Read the reviews first. I had spoken with them, did a zoom session for my face. I then read these reviews. I texted them no thankyou Any decent business would say ok thankyou for contacting us. They ignored my text and assumed I was going to proceed. I decided to proceed and talked by phone given quotes and discounts and very very confusing communication.

Or anything I could pay today. Too late my family read the reviews too and my sister and brother in law said no way.So nothing was paid. Initially, I was going to make monthly payments. They use high pressure selling and to get you to pay TODAY or omg you loose the discount. I urge you to look for a board certified Dr or professionals and read reviews first. Glad They never got money from me.

Do not, I repeat, do not let these people near your face! They burnt me so bad, I required a round of steroids just to get the swelling down, never mind the scars. Then in order to get a refund back for unused services, they refused unless I agreed to sign a waiver of liability. Shady business practices and ill -trained team!

I reached out to Ideal Image back in February for help with my cellulite and legs. They suggested Cool tone and Cool shaping. Toning was a joke and I saw literally no results. The shaping also showed no results and I was lied to and made to treat a spot that needed multiple treatments. As a teacher I have to budget every single penny and I just wanted to look good and feel good. Now all I am doing is wasting money and paying a company for something that I got no results with. It's very depressing and unfortunate that a company like this is allowed to to manipulate women like myself into
Believing that they can help you look and feel good.

This company is disreputable. They use a high pressure sales pitch over the phone, quoting you a hefty price but then tell you about discounts that can only happen if you sign today. When you ask if you can cancel if you change your mind they say yes... but they mean WITHOUT getting your money back, only transferring it to "other services." This company uses shady tactics and unethical business practices. They have over 2800 complaints on BBB and their corporate reps sound like scripted robots who just give you the same answer in different ways and skirting questions about being able to speak with a supervisor.

I SIGNED UP AND CANCELLED. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. DO NOT SIGN UP! THEY LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME I COULD CANCELED. I CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HRS AND THEY TOOK ME THROUGH SO MUCH AND TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT RETURN THE FUNDS TO THE FINANCE COMPANY. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I'm getting mails that I owe money to a loan and don't understand why if I canceled my first appointment and I've always tried calling to cancel
The phone call helpers from ideal image said I have to look at another service because they only give 30 days to cancel the contract which I did cancel and there trying to give me another service and I don't want another service if I did I would of ask for another service but I'm not asking for that I just need them to refund the Fortiva company there money and cancel everything else they need to do I regret contacting them thinking they will understand but apparently they don't and can careless I'm getting a charge-off from FORTIVA cause of ideal image. And I need that fixed.

Very humiliated I felt with Mollie and her virtual consultation. I didn't expect you to hang off on me, because I didn't jump fast enough. If I have reached out 4 times to you guys since 2018 it was for a reason. I want to do business with you. Mollie and staff, you need to learn not just about making deals and the sales, but about how to be more empathetic and respectful. One of the best way for companies to get more business, reputation and growing. Be careful with this place. Go ahead now ideal Image and come up with a caring answer. Very sad!

They talk you into services not telling you it is a contract and when you try to get your money back they avoid you and tell you that you signed a contract. This business needs shut down. It has been over 5 weeks now and I have called and emailed the case worker and customer service. No one has replied. I am now arguing with the financial company over the refund and they want payment. This is now impacting my credit score.

I never write reviews but I'm sharing as Im hoping others can prevent the horrible experience I had here. From beginning to end which spanned over 5 months, there were mutliple touchpoints that just aren't okay in this indsutry, nor in any inustry I should say. I went in to get a BBL (recommended by the clinicians themselves) and a few units of botox in Jan. I left with less units than I asked for and burn marks all over my forehead. I went back a few weeks later to follow up as the marks hadn't dissapeared and my botox hadn't kicked in yet. I asked for help. They said to wait a bit longer. I called the office multiple times over that month with no answer back. I went back in 2 months later, hoping the marks would go away, and all I recieved was a sorry. The nurse who had treated me said I should get my money back as I had hyper pigmentation marks all over my forehead. I still do to this day 6 months later. I called HQ and was told I couldn't get money back since I "had" the treatment. Even this communication took over 6 weeks. This large franchise couldn't give a nominal fee back even after having proof of long haul scars on my face. Horrible customer service and outcome. I would go to the smaller mom and pop places who genuinley care about their clients.
