Highly unprofessional, poor attention to detail, and laughable communication. I booked a single area to be treated. They canceled my appt due to a malfunction with their laser. When I did have the appt, clearly the problem was not fixed, as the laser burned my skin. The employee had no idea. This after several scheduling errors. In addition, although I was half naked, multiple other employees came into the treatment room unannounced. I was unhappy, but gave them another chance. They again cancelled my appt, saying they had tried to contact me. They had not. I asked for a refund (minus the one treatment I had), which I thought was fair. They refused. I could not get them on the phone. Finally contacted the BBB and my credit card. They refunded my $. It only took 5 weeks after my first attempt to reach Customer Service. Oh, and they are 3x as expensive as most reputable spas.

Since signing for a membership 6 months ago I have called 5 locations and the corporate number without any answer - makes it impossible to make an appointment and all the while I'm still paying! Complete scam.

Not only does it feel almost impossible to schedule appointments on a regular day, but my contract expired during covid during which I was told I couldn't make appointments. This makes literally no sense especially considering there was no reach out stating this information since I had JUST purchased more of it right before Covid. I purchased laser hair removal for my legs, glabella, armpits, and full bikini area. All of that money is gone down the drain now. Go somewhere else.

The horrible experience I got from ideal image takes money from people dont provide the service they promise, dont want to return money where is the costumer service, they working against the law

Have a trip set for June so I wanted to get lasering. I called ideal image and had a consultation which the lady was really sweet. I end up getting some financing done because it's really expensive. Once I got everything signed which the lady never went over anything with me just had sign here sign here I thought I was signing for the loan still. I decided because there are no availabilities for getting services done until really late close to time for my trip I decided not to go with the services anymore I can do something else. I called to cancel the financing company was fine. But I called ideal image which they said you're still going to have to pay us even if you do not have a service it is in our contract. So they are now saying that even though I have never had a service done just signed up 3 days ago they're saying that I will still owe them they will send it to collections for me to still pay them the money that I'm taking away from them. I guess with ideal image there is no buyer's remorse at all. Do not go with them all of this is in very small writing that they do not go over but they have you hurry up and sign it. I am totally disgusted with the company but they are teaching me a lesson to always ask questions. Don't go with ideal image.

I had good experiences at the Tampa Kennedy location until recently there was a change in staff I was assigned to nurse Caroline for a filler It was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience I've ever had She was nice but she was not confident which made me very uncomfortable I will not be going back to Caroline In addition, I really couldn't see a difference in my cheeks the location of the filler which made me feel like I wasted my money i've had my cheeks done before to tighten up other areas so I knew what it should look like and feel like it was a very minimal application when I said some thing about the appearance she talked me out of adding more as I look down at the half-filled syringe

I reported them to the better Business bureau under two categories. I drove a long way for an appointment that I found out was canceled but nobody told me is canceled I have no idea why it was canceled. I have found three times for people to return my call nobody ever has despite talking to somebody that it seems to be their job to resolve complaints. I've given them a lot of money and I am going to take this complaint as far as I can.

I spent $4200 dollars for services at Ideal Image on Yale in Tulsa Oklahoma After 5 months I have yet to see any difference! They lost my photos of before and after pictures and told me there office doesn't refund money even though the service they provided was a complete shame. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Scam for $250.00 to even talk about prices. They make you sign very long papers to even talk to you. They wanted over $3,000. Upfront to look for an appt. I said No Way. They are crooks, liars, and scammers. I have demanded they give me back my deposit as I will never use them. They are scam, thiefs, and should go to jail.

I spent 12,000 dollars to have my lower stomach flatten, by them freezing body fat in my stomach. I waited awhile before saying anything because I thought it would work after waiting. This place is a scam, my stomach looks and feels the same as before I got the Cool Body Sculpting. Do not use this place, it DOES NOT WORK.

If I could rate in the negative I would. After inquiring to an email advertisement that advertised a discount for 50% off photo facial treatment, I was not provided the cost amount upon inquiry, but rather repeatedly called and emailed day after day to schedule a video consultation even after I explained that I was on vacation. Once I finally agreed to the consultation, during yet another attempt for them to schedule, it immediately was turned into a video consultation. At that time I agreed to service at a location on Windward Parkway in Milton, Ga near my home. The representative then indicated that she was having difficulty with the system and could not schedule at the time, but advised that the scheduling department would call me back. Several days later I received a call and was informed that the service I purchased based on my location was no longer offered there as they did not have the equipment in said location. Other locations were suggested and I indicated they were not options for me due to distance and that I would need to be issued a refund. I was told someone would be calling me back. When I did not receive a call for another week, I contacted Ideal Image. After telling my story, and being transferred to the third person, I was very rudely informed that the staff member that performed the service was no longer at the location and I would just need to go to another location or accept credit for a different service. When I advised that I would need a refund as they were not able to provide the service as sold to me I was informed that would not be happening. I explained that this was a bait and switch method as I entered into an agreement for a service at an agreed upon location when I made payment. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor I was laughed at and informed that if I spoke with someone is management I would experience an even worse response from them. I assured the representative that it would be necessary for me to speak with the Supervisor. After holding for a lengthy period of time, I was informed the individual was not available and I asked if I would like to be called back. To which my reply was affirmative - they still have my money for services sold under false pretenses, and I am still waiting for a return call and full refund. To say I am appalled at the terrible sales model and inept customer service would be an understatement!

Ideal image did not give me the service I needed. They want to get you involved inrevolving debt for small non invadive procedures that do not fully solve your problem of hair removal. After I was dissatisfoed with service they sent my account to debt colllector before I could explain to them that I was not satisfied with their customer service. Their attorneys are now garnishing my wages for services O never received. This company is money hungry and low on customer service. DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS OR ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH THEM. THEY WILL SCREW UP YOUR CREDIR

I am so disappointed in the way this company has treated me. I did a consultation wanting to know more about laser hair removal. I wasn't given much information about the procedure and apparently the contract. After the consultation I researched the procedure and was terribly frightened. I have terrible anxiety which leads to panic attacks. I have also had various seizures from my panic attacks. So, I called to cancel my whole contract with ideal image and they told me I could not do that, that I had to do the procedures. I had an anxiety attack that moment because of how ideal image was basically forcing me into procedures I was to frightened to do. I called the next day after calming down to see what I could possibly do to cancel my contract, they said they needed a doctor's note. So, I went to see my doctor and he gave me a note to send into Ideal Image. I emailed the doctors note to two different people that I was given email address from. I didn't ever hear anything back from Ideal Image. A month goes on and I'm getting Ally Lending letters in the mail. So I call again and Chris, an Ideal Image manager, spoke to me again and tells me that the doctor's note was denied. So I either have to go get a procedure done and have a panic attack at the clinic that might send me into the hospital or pay $3,000+ for nothing. Chris tells me that Alex, Ideal Image's Corporate manager is gonna call me within a week and I did not receive a phone call. After waiting a week and I called Chris again and she told me she was going to reach out to Alex again and I should have received a phone call from her that day. Well hear I am a whole week later and haven't heard back from anyone. I have called Chris multiple times this week and left her messages and she has not reached out to me. I want to resolve this ASAP! If I have to get my lawyer involved than I need to know.

I was harrased in to hurrying up and signing a contract for coolsculpting. The lady called me over and over within a short amount of time. Eventually even blocking her number. But I found out I was pregnant within days of signing a contract. I didn't even have an account number when I called to notify them and cancel. I was told today by Casey Weisz that they would cancel with Ally lending but I would still be reapfor paying Ideal Image for services I never received and won't receive for quite sometime. Unbelievable!

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed first hand. I was denied treatment for the second time after paying them $400 (50% of the contract) in which I had been told that I had unlimited access to the treatment for 16 months and, based on the verbal contract of their own sales rep, I was supposed to pay the other 50% after the last treatment. Do not trust their sales rep with their promises and statements.
After the first treatment, I ended up with a severe infection that took me three months to recover. When I wanted to resume my treatment, I was told that they were not going to provide any service unless I pay the full amount ahead of time.

I had a zoom consultation in July and was told that BBL was the best thing, better than previous laser treatments I had had elsewhere that were successful. The salesperson said I would only need 3 treatments based on what she saw. I have had 3 treatments and even the tech said my results were "unremarkable." I basically threw away $800.
The techs were nice but what difference does that make if I, and they, see absolutely no difference from when I first walked in.
A manager was supposed to call me to discuss but hasn't.

Ideal image is very bad, you can't even review your experience on their website. I got cool sculpting done not long time ago, under my butt cheeks, first of all one side is completely different from the other one, one side you can see that the fat was taken off but it didn't even blend in with the rest of my leg fat, it looks ridiculous, on my second leg, it didn't take any fat at all... my legs just looks so uneven and bad, I wish I was told that this could happen, this was the biggest mistake of my life, they didn't even offer to fix it, because they don't know how and they can't promise me that they can make it look better, so much for years of experience lol, such a waste of money! 2500 k for this treatment, still paying for it...

I had my first experience on 12/21/2020. The service was for neck ultherapy. After one week, I am seeing results; although, I know the process is typically 6 months. If you can tolerate the pain, it is definitely worth it. As uncomfortable as the procedure was, Lanaya made the process comfortable and relaxing. So much I plan to go back for another treatment of the face.

I purchased Botox more than 6 moths ago. The same day if the appointment they tell they couldn't do it because they need it to see my blood work from my doctor because one of the medication I take. Well, if they have tell me this I have gotten to the appointment prepare. I was asking the lady that supposed be a nurse questions about Botox and she was looking at me, like she didn't know what I was talking about. She make me feel like I was an idiot. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and I wonder if that lady was really a nurse? Because she didn't know anything about Botox. I'm very dissatisfied with the way they handle business and they way they treat the clients. All I want right now is my $420 because I would never going there again.
