You're literally gonna get your face scanned! You will also have to chat, in video, with a real live human being to show everything they've already made you upload. Very invasive. Texted verification codes Literally took hours to come through. Good app format tho ngl

Creating my ID.me profile was quite and easy. I felt that my information was secure. Now I can log into other databases with just one set of credentials.

I had to do the process many times before it would verify. If people do not have technology skills it is a problem. I am concerned with elderly who don't possess the skills and/or the equipment to even complete the process. There should be a way to contact the IRS easily for help or other options to verify.
