Initially failed to process driver's license photos. The fix was to remove most of the background from the outside edge of the front and back photos, using the crop option.
Slight delay with processing the photos of the ID once cropped. More like 3 - 5 minutes instead of 10 seconds. Be patient. It also took a couple tries to get the live selfie. I had to hold the camera closer, then it worked. Fill the circle outline with your face outline, not like a passport or driver's license photo.
I didn't get what I was searching for and should have! Didn't receive enough time to ask questions! Representative had limited time!
