I had an amazing experience and easy. Everything was very convenient for me.
After trying unsuccessfully a couple of months ago, I tried again today to gain access through ID.ME to my IRS account. After 1 1/2 hours of struggle today, I finally was successful. I'm on my computer and phone all day, and this was one of the worst processes I have experienced.
I felt like my info would be secure.
As they used more than one mod to make sure I am who I say I am.

Like none other when I was nervous they spoke to me with comeness. To ensure that they were there to help.
