Suspended my account 29 minutes after I created it. Took three days to get online ti my IRS account.
I had difficulty using my previously verified iPhone. The process kept hanging. I was forced to add a newer phone to my account and finally had success with that newer phone.

Followed instructions to the letter. My User ID and Password were suspended. I filed a support ticket. It took them THREE WEEKS to correct after multiple follow-ups. I had to use it because NJ unemployment won't issue payments without it. I had to take out a 401K withdrawal WITH PENALTY! I've filed a formal complaint with the NJ Unemployment Department.
I feel comfortable no problem encountered when I am applying my ID me hopefully it will the same what I had experience to those people who will apply ID me in the future.
