My experience was good and it's very convenient in checking your status and stay on top of everything. And you don't have to call in all the time to check on your case.
I found it easy to maneuver through the process. Having a Smart Phone helped with the camera feature to download a photo. For me the only drawback was the inability to get a paper copy. I opted to save on my hard drive and send to a family member's email who has a printer. Hopefully that will work.
