My tax program filed my taxes, but was rejected because I didn't have an IP PIN. I went to the IRS website, created an account with my new email address. Then I went to verify and followed thru with license pictures and the live selfie - FOUR times. I went to sign in and your program said I already had an account with an old email address. After trying to log in several more times, I got a message that my account was SUSPENDED. I created several tickets to explain what was happening, and ROY was not very helpful. I am now at wits end because I received a verification message to confirm my new email - thinking finally it was fixed… only to find it was SUSPENDED again.

Followed instructions to complete ID.me to register for unemployment benefits and uploaded my DL and then did a video selfie but this was not enough to confirm my ID! I have used ID.me for other applications with veterans affairs, but it did not work with unemployment commission?! Now I am being asked to produce all sensitive documents and mail them, (MAIL?!?) in order to complete the application process? Not happening as we all know we cannot trust the USPS. This has caused me additional frustration and inconvenience. Not a good service.
It's went awesome. And, the agent was is a kind and patience person. He, was patience to the point of my internet was moving very slowly but the agent he didn't hang up he waited and when we got connected we begin the process but my internet started acting up again he never stopped being kind or patience or never showed a sign of frustration and wanting to rush he asked me questions and I answered and he answered and he answered most of the questions I wanted to ask he gave me the answers when he filled me in on information and knowledge he has and I thank God for having him as my verification agent in this process thanks you agent for everything and God bless you in Jesus Christ name
Doing anything of this nature we all know had the potential to be frustrating and Nerve-racking. There's no way to prepare yourself for it except to get your documents in order and set aside plenty of time. Rest assured, once you put the time in and trust the process it's a great, safe way to represent yourself and will save you time in the long run making it easier to navigate the verification process for many things. Pack a snack and something to drink and try to enjoy representing your "self".
The process was friendly. But after my verification i am unable to sign in to my account. I got a pop up that my account had been suspended. I am unsure why this has happened and would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help me resolve this issue. It is disheartening.
